La struttura e' nuova e ben tenuta. Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Camere ben pulite e in ordine.
Unico neo la qualita' dei prodotti della colazione che devo descrivere come mediocre.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral super freundlich gutes Frühstück.

Tutto ottimo, colazione abbondante personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Ci siamo trovati benissimo tutti e 3 io mia moglie ed il mio cane.

Wonderful hotel which really suited us. We wanted easy access, great parking, apartment facilities, access to Ravenna's sites and the local area and it exceeded in all of these. The staff were so very helpful directing us to local stuff - buses, free bikes, shops etc. ok, it was a reasonable walk into the centre of town but we did it most days and it was no problem - you could always drive, take the bus or cycle. Our week was too short with so many things to see in the area. We would go back.

De passage une nuit. L'accueil est particulièrement agréable; le personnel est aussi très serviable. L'environnement est calme.Le petit déjeuner est complet.

Accueil remarquable de la part d'un jeune homme parlant très bien français et se montrant très courtois ; donnant de bonnes adresses pour manger ou se baigner. Toute l'équipe n'avait pas le même sens de l'accueil ; dommage.
Petit déjeuner continental impeccable. Wifi difficile à capter mais gratuit. Calme, tranquille. Clim dans la chambre indispensable avec la canicule. Il ne manquait que la piscine ...

The owner is fantastic and very caring about our comfort. The room was large with a balcony and clean. My only complaint was that the air conditioning was inadequate. The breakfast was plentiful and the owner served fresh cappuccino.

This residence-hotel was among the top accommodations on our trip to Italy where we stayed in 10 different places. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Check-in was a breeze. The room was spacious and comfortable. The free bikes into town were convenient and fun. Breakfast was satisfying. If you are planning a visit to Ravenna or its surrounds, this is the place to stay.

la qualité du service, la propreté de l'hôtel, jardin magnifique

The room was the cleanest hotel room I´ve ever stayed in. Absolutely spotless. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We arrived after ten o´clock after getting lost trying to find the hotel (which is a bit tricky). We were tired and hungry and since there is no resaurant at the hotel the receptionist offered to order a pizza for us. This kindness continued for the three nights we stayed there. Always very helpful. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Unico neo: L'Hotel non è facilmente raggiungibile (qualche km fuori dal centro). Avevo il navigatore in titl e ho fatto un pò di fatica a localizzarlo (sono stato però aiutato dal gentilissimo, e sottolineo gentilissimo personale dell'Hotel). Poi con il navigatore in funzione e dopo la prima volta (anzhe senza navigatore) è diventato tutto molto semplice....

Eravamo in tre (io, mia moglie e mia figlia): dopo un accoglienza veramente eccellente, scopriamo che la camera è molto più grande e più comodo dei soliti standard (praticamente una camera doppia con " porta divisoria"): Due televisioni, peraltro con SKY (il gentile ragazzo alla reception ci ha spiegato tutto ed era veramente molto disponibile).

Ottimo breakfast...che dire? Ero già stato a Ravenna in Hotel del centro, ma in questo caso se ci si accontenta di essere un pò fuori si è ampiamanente compensati. OTTIMO RAPPORTO QUALITA' PREZZO.

CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE A CHIUNQUE!

We traveled to Ravenna only to see famous mosaics. For this purpose we'd rather stay in a hotel closer to the city. The hotel itself is very-very good though, so I would definitely recommend it for the people traveling as a family.

Estancia muy cómoda, un apartamento nuevo muy completo. Muy agradables los desayunos y el atardecer en el jardín. El personal muy amable, parada de autobús a dos minutos y te lleva al centro en cinco. Lo mejor la disponibilidad de bicicletas para ir a Ravenna y recorrerla.

A much better hotel and location than we expected. Well built, well laid out and much further back from the busy road than the pictures suggested. Hotel was very quiet when we were there so cannot judge it during busy times. But service was very good and personal. Infornation on where to park in Ravenna and a restuarant were both spot one.

Room (actually a bedroom and small lounge) worked for 3 and we did not hear the road noise. Bathroom worked well and towels included fluffy ones (rare in Italy).

The free bikes looked functional - but it was raining so we can't report if they worked well.

All in all very good value for money and a pleasant stay.
