Exceptional service, delicious breakfast and a fantastic location, we’ll definitely be back!
Pros:

Jorge was an exceptional host. We travelled with our baby and he helped us with everything we needed. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, and the location was fantastic. Highly recommended, we’ll definitely be back!

No repetiría. Habitaciones sucias con polvo de años incrustado.

La amabilidad del personal de recepción y cafetería.

Cons:

Habitaciones sucias, todas las esquinas con suciedad incrustada de años. Además, se han quedado anticuadas, mobiliario obsoleto de hace décadas.

En cuanto al aire acondicionado, tienes que decidir entre no dormir por el ruido del aparato, o no dormir por el calor.

Respecto a la comida, cenamos en la cafetería, que tiene una carta de tapas con buenos precios, pero no merecen la pena. Además, teníamos alojamiento y desayuno y el desayuno tiene pocas opciones, no correspondiendo el precio a lo ofrecido.

Un hotel de 4 estrellas, desde mi punto de vista, no corresponde a lo que hemos encontrado, sobre todo, en lo referente a la limpieza. Si no le doy menos puntuación es por el personal, que ha sido súper amable y atento.

Bel hôtel
Pros:

Magnifique édifice, stationnement facile, belle chambre avec une jolie vue.
Beaucoup d’habitants de Garrovillas sont particulièrement sympathiques et discutent facilement (nous ne parlons pas espagnol mais ils cherchent à se faire comprendre)

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner correct mais un peu décevant pour ce type d’établissement.

Bei nächsten mal wieder
Pros:

Wir haben das Hotel für unsere Spanien Durchreise für eine Nacht mit Halbpension gebucht, das Abendessen (3 Gängemenü zum aussuchen) und Frühstück auch mit frischen Obst war gut. Zimmer okay. Die Hälfte von Hotel ist im alten Teil (wie eine ehemalige Burg), man kann durch das Hotel durch schlendern und sich in die damalige Zeit versetzen lassen.
Den Fitnessraum wurde nicht genutzt, sah aber professionell aus. Zu dem angebauten Neubau können wir nichts sagen.
Genügend Parkplatz vorhanden.
Am Empfang spricht man auch deutsch.
Abends vors Hotel gehen und den Platz im Mondschein genießen auch wenn alles zu hat.

Cons:

Am Pool ist ab mittags Insenkenplage (hauptsächlich Wespen) zumindest bei uns ende Juni, ja auch die wollen sich abkühlen und trinken, nur zum Schwimmen bzw Abkühlen für Menschen ist es dann eine Herausforderung.
Positiv zu erwähnen, am nächsten Morgen war der Pool gereinigt.

El palacete albergaba habitaciones amplias y cómodas. El personal muy atento y agradable.

El desayuno no tenía categoría era muy flojo y la ausencia de piscina por reparación.
