Pros:

Ha sido una grata estancia camino de Andalucía. Viajamos con nuestra mascota 6 kilos que fué recibido con un regalo, muy agradecidos por el detalle. La hospedería es una casa palacio muy bonita que está en una plaza espectacular. Muy recomendable visitar el pueblo y hospedarse en este establecimiento.

This hotel is an experience not to be missed
Pros:

Wonderfully authentic small town like being on a film set. Wonderful building for a hotel. Amazing dramatic countryside.

Cons:

A shame the gardens were undergoing renovations so not available although our dog apparently wouldn’t have been permitted in them.
The restaurant doesn’t open until 8.30 which is a little late when you’ve had a long journey.

Pros:

Un accueil très chaleureux, très à l’écoute du client, parking privé, petit déjeuner très copieux à volonté avec du très bon jambon. La taille du lit est incroyable, le matelas excellent. Un grand merci au personnel d’avoir contribué à la surprise pour mon mari 🥰🥰

Cons:

Nous avons eu froid dans la salle de bain et un peu dans la chambre. Impossible de mettre le chauffage, la climatisation ne semble pas être réversible. Accès au spa impossible suite à un souci qui ne dépend pas de l’hôtel même. Dommage

Fuimos el finde semana para visitar la ciudad y acudir a un concierto, y fue todo fenomenal, incluso el chico de recepción nos dió indicaciones y sugerencias. Tanto el trato como las instalaciones fueron excepcionales

Unique historic hotel experience… with warm friendly staff and reception staff with good English.
Pros:

The hotel is a real gem… situated in the old town square… room 101 offers great views over the square. Vehicles are parked safely within the hotel walls… staff on reception speak good English, friendly and polite. There is large communal sitting space providing opportunity to reflect on the hotels 15th century architecture.

Cons:

We had a bad experience with the hotel restaurant… my wife had to return her main meal which despite looking gorgeous was seriously under cooked. The replacement meal was excellent but the delay meant we did not eat together at the same time. There was no offer of anything complimentary to compensate us at the time or next day when I explained at checkout… ‘this experience overshadowed what was otherwise an excellent stay.
