Staff members are very kind and friendly. Breakfast is decent. Rooms are clean. For the price I paid, this is a treasure house. European vibe aka tiny apartment-converted hotel. Will return

Sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück.
Empfehlenswert, trotzdem noch eine kleine Kritik:
Frühstücksraum ist zu klein und somit das Buffet nicht gut einzurichten.
Alle Gäste kommen somit einander in die Quere.
Zentral gelegen, trotzdem ruhig.
Mit dem Auto kompliziert zu erreichen. (zum Gepäckauslad)
Das Hotel wird mit Parkplätzen angeboten, welche nicht vorhanden sind.
Das Auto währen des ganzen Aufenthaltes im Parking Piazza della Vittoria geparkt.
Dies war ok bezüglich der Distanz und der Gebühren.
Hätten wir dies vorher gewusst, hätten wir wahrscheinlich ein anderes Hotel gebucht, bei welchem transparent mitgeteilt wird, dass das Auto im öffentlichen Parking abgestellt werden muss.

Toilette war nicht geputzt, sonst alles bestens. Gutes Business Hotel, sehr zentral, gute Schallisolierung

The hotel is well located, short walk to everywhere in Genova. A lot of parking options 5 mins walk to the hotel. Very clean and perfect for city break accommodation.

It was the perfect place to stay in Genova. Walkable to every interest site and restaurants. Nice building and nice staff.

Lovely room with amazing balcony over the Main Street. Helpful staff and good (and value for money) breakfast. Spotlessly clean.

Only suggestion is to check out the shower settings as ours periodically went cold.

Vi hadde et flott opphold. De som jobbet der var utrolig hyggelige og serviceinnstilte.

Hotel muito bom, amei o Café da manhã, tinha muita variedade, frutas deliciosas e uma focaccia maravilhosa. Quarto confortável e silencioso. A arquitetura do prédio é linda, o elevador é sensacional.
A recepção fica no primeiro andar, tem que subir de elevador ou escada. Nao tem estacionamento.

Gostei muito, apesar de meio confuso para encontrar... As condições do quarto são ótimas. O banheiro é grande, muito bom. Amenities, água, café... Recomendo muito. Ao lado da estação Porta Nova.

My room with a lovely balcony overlooking Ave XX Settembre exceeded my expectations. Because of the double paned glass in the very tall doors, there was no street noise. My room was was spacious and most delightful. The hotel staff was the best!

It was clean, simple and easy

Everything was fine, comfortable room and shower, very clean, great coffe, right in the center!

Hôtel propre et super bien situé au centre de Genes. Le parking qui est proposé par l’hôtel est à 200 m à peine. La situation de l’hôtel permet de tout faire à pied. Petit déjeuner simple mais très bon. Le petit bémol est l’isolation phonique pas très bien isolé.

Lovely property with friendly staff and a good continental breakfast spread. The aircon doesn’t work, so don’t expect a cool fresh room in a warm, sunny day!

Stanza è nuova e pulita. Collazione molto buona. Parcheggio non è 24h, aperto solamente durante orario commerciale.

Soggiorno piacevole, struttura pulita e ben collocata non lontano dalla stazione ferroviaria e dal centro storico.
