Zoektocht naar lichtpunten/ lampen als je in een donkere kamer aankomt, instrukties opgehaald middels telefoontje naar de nacht receptie, je moet je kamer kaart in een gleuf stoppen, was ons niet gelijk duidelijk, instrukties bij binnenkomst??
I have stayed many times and it is a nice hotel and location.
The bed and room weren’t as comfortable. Just feels like the quality isn’t the same. Coffee was not great this time as it has been in the past
Vriendelijk personeel, wel jong allemaal. Kamer was duur maar goed. Redelijk goed bereikbaar. Restaurant was okay/prima.

ALLES ging goed:
- prachtig en sfeervol gebouw, parkeergarage en centrum van Leeuwarden op loopafstand
- vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel
- geweldig en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet (met heerlijk vers gebakken brood)
Kan niks bedenken ----- !
Ik vond het personeel echt geweldig! Ik wilde de dame er nog specifiek voor bedanken maar ik zag haar s nachts en de volgende ochtend niet meer. Ze hielp me met mijn jurkje dichtdoen omdat ik zelf niet bij mijn rits op mijn rug kon komen, ze vertelde hoe ik moest lopen, dacht met me mee enz. Erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Ik had van tevoren meerdere gemiste oproepen dus dacht dat er iets niet goed was gegaan met mijn Booking. Kennelijk checken ze van tevoren even of je goed hebt geboekt of zo. Toen ik terugbelde konden ze niet in het systeem zien waarom ik was gebeld dus waarschijnlijk was dit het.
Het hotel ( een mooi historisch gebouw) ligt in het centrum. Vriendelijk personeel, lekker ontbijt en mooie schone kamers.
