Dat ik kon slapen na 1 uur gewacht te hebben tijdens het inchecken, omdat meneer hele levens verhalen verteld, fouten maakt en traag is.

Cons:

Onze kamers stonden onderwater, nadat het geregend had. Al onze kleren waren nat, en zijn ziek geworden omdat we geen andere kleren hadden. Mijn telefoon is stuk gegaan en 2 laptops en de receptie en het hotel wou helemaal niks erkennen en niet eens hun excuses aanbieden.

Ce que j’ai aimé dans l’hôtel, c’est qu’il y avait une piscine, une ambiance calme, il était facile à trouver et le parking était très bien

Ce que je n’ai pas aimé, c’est que, à notre arrivée, ils ne voulaient pas nous accepter parce que nous n’avions pas l’acte de mariage. Ils nous ont fait attendre plus d’une heure, car je ne l’avais pas avec moi et je devais attendre qu’on me l’envoie. Même s’il était 23 h et que nous étions fatigués, ils ne nous ont pas laissé passer et nous ont laissés là, à la réception, à attendre. Apparemment, je n’étais pas la seule à avoir des problèmes : il y avait d’autres clients avec d’autres soucis. Franchement, cela ne m’a pas plu, aucune compassion.

Quand nous sommes arrivés dans la chambre, il y avait un cafard. Comme il n’y avait même pas de téléphone pour appeler la réception, j’ai dû courir chercher le réceptionniste pour qu’il le tue. Le lendemain matin, pareil : encore un cafard dans la chambre. Franchement, je me suis dit : « Mon Dieu ! », je n’ai pas pu dormir tranquille. Je n’ai vraiment pas aimé ça.

Sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt .

Leider war der Aufenthalt sehr schlecht. Das Zimmer war nicht sauber und sehr schlecht ausgestattet – im Wesentlichen war nur das Bett vorhanden. Das Badezimmer war unübersichtlich organisiert und grundlegende Dinge fehlten. Insgesamt machte das Hotel einen ungepflegten Eindruck. Wir waren sehr unzufrieden und würden dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen
