El hotel no esta funcionado para la fecha que se realizo la reserva. De ultimo momento y estando en Quito me toco buscar otro hotel

Poor service (except during evening/night). Poor and mean breakfast. Noisy neighborhood:yapping dogs all night. Needs better maintenance. Doesn'answer customer's question on hotels.com or their own site as well.
Good bedding,safe neighborhood.

Anne had trouble with English at the front. Desk, but google translate helped in most cases. All others were very good and very helpful.

Nos fue chevere en el viaje de turismo, el desayuno excelente, muy limpio el lugar, los muchachos de recepción muy amables nos ayudaron en todo, cerca todo relativamente caminando 30min e igualmente queda el trole y el metro bus, me encanto el hotel, muy buena zona, si regreso nos volveríamos a quedar ahí.

Excellent front desk concierge service--both Byron and Ignacio were personable, professional, very helpful. Hotel has interesting artifacts and antiques throughout.
Our room (Quito suite) was clean, with comfortable firm queen bed, ample closet space. Narrow steep stairway up to en suite bathroom (excellent hot showers) and seating area with desk. Fairly quiet neighborhood (it's a city, afterall), walking distance to parks, supermarket, neighborhood markets, pharmacies. Quito's altitude is challenging (9,000Ft +). TO avoid headaches, Drink plenty of water before, during and after your stay. Avoid alcohol if possible. Slow pace essential.
Ecuador is a beautiful country with lovely people--kind, helpful, with great sense of humor.

The beds and pillows were hard.. the rooms were cold and we required a space heater for our room. WIFI at the end of the rooms were spotty.

This hotel is very pretty and comfortable. The beds are excellent quality, the rooms very nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is a nice and safe area, close to the park, many restaurants and stores. The decoration is tasteful, the hotel is clean but the quality/size of the rooms can be really different. So if you have special requests or need a bigger/quieter room, make sure you follow up with the hotel about it. They are very accomodating.

No me hospede lo vi y no me gusto

Our stay was great, we loved the room. It was nice that the receptionist spoke English as our Spanish has a lot to be desired.

Hotel bastante confortable y hogareño. Pero se escucha mucho el ruido de las escaleras ya que sonde madera. La ubicacion muy buena, cerca del parque y otros atractivos. Tiene algunos inconvenientes para estacionar los vehículos de los huéspedes. Pero por el precio y la comodidad del familiar de sus instalaciones lo recomiendo.

El hotel muy comodo, pero la habitación Quito tiene el baño en segundo piso, para entra a él hay que subir una grada de 30 cm y luego bajarla, lo que es muy incomodo y peligros, deje una idea de como solucionar este problema.
Por lo demás hotel bastante bueno.

It is a good hotel offered at a good price . I will book again the same hotel in my next visit in Quito .

Plaza Foch a short taxi ride away. Mall is 5-10 minute walk.
