Overall, I'm satisfied, the staff were very friendly. They welcome guests very kindly, the breakfast wasn't bad,
Pros:

It was very close to the station, and it was very quiet and peaceful.

Cons:

From the entrance you have to go down the stairs with your suitcase to the reception, also, tere was no air conditioning in the room.

Poleg malenkosti je bilo bivanje uredu, sploh za kratek čas in to da naju 90% časa ni bilo v sobi :)
Pros:

Gostiteljica je bila super in zelo prijazna, ampak ni znala nič razen italjaniščine, vendar smo se vse uspeli zmenit, soba je bila uredu, odlična lokacija - zraven metroja, 5 min peš strabn od glavne "shopping" ulice. zajtrk je bil tudi dober, zraven zastonj kava :) Tuš kabina je bila uredu. Parking je za hotelom za ograjo, kar je bilo super!

Cons:

Brisače v sobi so bile umazane, kopalnica bi bila lahko bolj čista, wc se nikoli ni do konca potegnil, lasje na umivalniku. Malo čudno je da moraš ključ pustitit na recepciji kadarkoli greš ven in ga dobiš nazaj ko se vrneš :/

Although the ladies working at the reception and the other facilities were very nice and polite, the head of the property was neither helpful nor kind.

The receipt I received did not mention the dates of my stay at the property. Since I needed these dates for reimbursement, I sent him at least six emails in English, as well as in Italian, asking him to confirm the days I stayed at the hotel. Unfortunately, I never received any response.

המלון מופעל על ידי משפחה. המשפחה חביבה מאןד, הם אדיבים וניכר שהם עושים מאמץ שהשהיה במלון תהיה טובה, במגבלות המלון עצמו שהוא ישן..
החדר עצמו היה נקי, הוחלפו מגבות מידי יום.

Cons:

המקלחת הייתה קטנה וצפופה מאוד, מושב האסלה מוקם בצורה שמאוד לא היה נח לשימוש, הריהוט שחוק למדי

Cons:

I forgot my medicine in the drawer of the bedside table and it has been impossible to reach the hotel by phone or email so that I could retrieve it. That's not good enough!

Le seul intérêt est son emplacement: proche de la gare centrale. Hotel très mal insonorisé, chambre propre mais vetuste. Quant au petit déjeuner : les produit proposé sont de piètre qualité. Rapport qualité prix médiocre.

Basic but friendly hotel,
Pros:

Visited for AC Milan game. Hotel is 10min walk from main train station for all Metro destinations.
