Sauber, ruhig gelegen und doch zentral - freundliches Personal.
Pros:

Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich - der Late Check in hatte nicht sofort geklappt bei mir, über die Notfall-Nummer war aber direkt jemand erreichbar und ich konnte einchecken. Das Zimmer im 5. Stock (Suite) war sehr ruhig - deutlich weniger hellhörig als andere Hotels; und von der Straße war bei geschlossenem Fenster/Balkontüre quasi gar nichts mehr wahrzunehmen; man kann das Zimmer zudem gut abdunkeln; Betten sehr bequem. Sehr gutes Frühstück (glutenfreies Brot/Brötchen/Muffins auf Nachfrage möglich), allgemein sehr große Auswahl beim Frühstück (vegan/vegetarisch etc.) und hochwertige Qualität; Sauberkeit ist auch top - obwohl Hunde anwesend waren, sauberer als mach anderes Hotel. Innerhalb einiger Gehminuten ist man am Wasser für eine Joggingrunde etc. und mit dem Taxi ist man für ca. EUR 25 je nach Verkehr innerhalb kurzer Zeit (ca. 15 min) vom Airport am Hotel! Zu schätzen wusste ich auch den späteren Check out (bis 12 Uhr).
Ich kann das Hotel ausnahmslos weiterempfehlen!

Frühstück war reichhaltig .
Für unsere Zwecke war und ist die Lage Spitze ( Familienbesuche ).
Wir nutzen das Hotel für unsere Besuche in Hamburg.

Schönes Hotel mit gute Lage und gemütliches Zimmer mit schöner Einrichtung und gute Ausstattung.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Waren hier bereits das zweite Mal. Die Erfahrung war immer ganz gut!
Freundliches Personal. Super Ausstattung! Hatten ein Upgrade bekommen.
Bett war so gemütlich. Und die Lage sehr zentral. Wir kommen wieder!
