The place was beautiful, rooms were practical
Staff were nice
Beautiful neighborhood next to many tourist sites, the beach and a tram station

Cons:

Wifi was practically unusable, I had to use expensive mobile data packages
Right next to a mosque so the morning call to prayers WILL wake you up
