Belle journée, localisations magnifique et rapport prix qualité reasonable .

Власники готелю дбають про забезпечення комфорту проживання, тому туди хочеться повернутися знову і рекомендувати іншим.
Pros:

Зручні ліжка, було чисто і приємно знаходитись там. Нам виділили велику простору кімнату, дуже вдячна за це!

Cons:

Варто було б поремонтувати замки, щоб двері можна було легко замикати і відмикати. Також бак для пускання води в унітазі потребує ремонту. Шампуню у ванній було замало в пляшці, краще мати додатково власний.

Very good customer service. We came early and the staff were very helpful and allowed us checking in early.

Cons:

The toilet was cold and not clean. Also the YouTube on the TV did not work. But staff are excellent and helpful.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war eine Katastrophe. Die hygienische Sauberkeit war nicht gegeben. Im Zimmer befanden sich noch Reste von vorherigen Gästen, darunter eine Jacke und benutztes Shampoo. Die Zimmer stinken stark nach Schimmel, was besonders gesundheitsschädlich ist.

Die Zimmertür war nicht dicht, die Heizung funktionierte nicht, und dadurch sind meine schwangere Frau und ich krank geworden. Zusätzlich wurde ich in der ersten Nacht während des Schlafens von einem kleinen Tier gebissen, was absolut inakzeptabel ist.

Nach der ersten Nacht musste ich sofort auschecken. Als ich das Personal auf die Zustände angesprochen habe, war es sehr unfreundlich und frech. Statt einer Entschuldigung oder Lösung wurde mir das Geld für die restlichen zwei Nächte nicht zurückerstattet. Im Gegenteil: Ich musste sogar für jede Nacht zusätzlich 25 Euro bezahlen.

So ein Verhalten und solche Zustände sind für ein Hotel untragbar. Gesundheitsgefährdend, unhygienisch und unprofessionell. Ich kann dieses Hotel auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen.
