Que la habitación tenga balcón y la atención de la muchacha que estaba limpiando las habitaciones en el momento que llegamos. Fue muy amable cuando le pedimos que nos cambie las sabanas

Tiene dos tramos de escaleras, uno para acceder al hotel y otro para ir al ascensor hacia la habitación. Con maleta se complica.

Pros:

Zona cercana a varios locales, lugares de comida y demás, la habitación muy cómoda y prolija, el desayuno impecable y exquisito, el balcón muy cómodo y con linda vista

Cons:

La cerradura de nuestra habitación no funcionaba, había que hacerle mantenimiento así que cuando llegamos nos demoramos en el ingreso, como íbamos por el día y por el Cosquin Rock no estuvimos para realizarle dicho mantenimiento así que terminamos abriendo la puerta con llave común, fue bastante rápida y efectiva la solución pero creo que debieron contemplar dicho problema previo a nuestra llegada, por otro lado las toallas del baño tenían manchas

Good location, but the room view and payment policy were disappointing.

The location of the hotel is good and convenient.
Staff was friendly

Cons:

1-Overall comfort was rather average. The main issue was the view from my room on the 7th floor: it faced a huge building with a massive wall directly in front of it, blocking almost the entire view. I could barely see the sky, which was quite unpleasant.

2-The “executive” terrace was actually just a very tiny balcony, much smaller than expected.

3-Accessibility was also inconvenient: there are many steps at the entrance of the hotel and additional steps to reach the elevator, which is difficult when travelling with young children and strollers.

4- IMPORTANT : Guests should be aware that the hotel charges in US dollars, which prevents foreign visitors from benefiting from the VAT exemption normally granted in Uruguay when paying in the local currency.
