Comme d’habitude, le personnel et l’endroit est charmant

Cons:

Avec la canicule, on a dû demander des ventilateurs alors que ça devrait être disponible par défaut. De plus, on en a reçu qu’un seul pour deux chambres qui était cassé qui plus est. Pour un 4 étoiles, c’est pas acceptable. C’est la 5 fois que l’on vient et on a jamais aussi mal dormi.

Freundinnenauszeit in Flims
Pros:

Der Schweizerhof in Flims hat mich auch bei meinem zweiten Besuch nicht enttäuscht. Ein charmantes Hotel mit Geschichte und Geschichten. Trotzdem muss man auf keinen Komfort verzichten. Das Morgenessen ist reichhaltig und kann bei entsprechender Witterung auf der romantischen Veranda eingenommen werden. Durchwegs alle Mitarbeitenden sind freundlich und zuvorkommend. Dies erzeugt eine leichte und ungezwungene Atmosphäre. Ich habe mich selten sosehr als Gast gefühlt wie in diesem Hotel. Besonders angesprochen hat mich auch der Wellnessbereich, insbesondere der wunderbare Waldsaal, wo ich einen qualitativ sehr guten Yogaunterricht besuchen durfte.

A equipe do hotel é fantástica, com atendimento de excelência e energia maravilhosa, ambiente do hotel confortável. O café simplesmente excepcional, alta qualidade e variedade de opções e com atendimento, educação e simpatia dos funcionários de excelência. Localização perto dos lagos Caumasse e Crestasse é excelente.

This Swiss mountain hotel is peaceful, intimate, and unforgettable

We had a wonderful stay at this charming mountain hotel. The room was small, but very cozy, comfortable, and perfectly suited for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was the brilliant pool, which offered a fantastic place to unwind while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile and making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The breakfast was sufficient and provided everything we needed to start the day. Overall, a lovely experience, and we would happily return.

Le spa est très agréable, la piscine chaude. Le personnel est convivial.

Cons:

La salle de bains est trop petite et nécessite une rénovation. Les linges de bains ne sont pas agréables. Le repas au restaurant est bon mais sans plus.
