Willkommen
Pros:

Wie immer super freundlich, sauber, lecker, erholsam - wir fühlen uns sehr wohl und willkommen.

Cons:

Einziger Punkt: die Kopfkissen. Für uns zu weich.

Sehr stilvolles und gemütliches historisches, aber gleichzeitig modernes Hotel, ideal für Skiurlaub.
Pros:

Tolles stilvolles, gemütliches, historisches Ambiente, bei gleichzeitig moderner Ausstattung, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, super Service vom Auto parken (kostenlos am Hotel) bis Gepäckträger Service. Kostenloser Skibus Transfer zum Lift. Gutes Frühstück, bequeme Betten, ruhige Lage mit Panorama Blick. Mehrere relativ große Saunen und großer Pool, lange Öffnungszeiten des modernen und offensichtlich neuen SPA Bereiches. Kostenloser Pilates und Yoga Kurs.

Cons:

Zimmer sehr klein, als Einzelzimmer aber ok (war aber auch die kleinste buchbare Kategorie). Essen a la carte im Hotel sehr teuer.

Bien mais faites attention à ne pas trop vous sentir en vacances et oublier quel jour on est! :-)
Pros:

- Le petit déjeuner
- le Shuttle pour aller au départ des pistes
- le service du restaurant ainsi que les repas
- la piscine
- l’offre de cours de Pilates / Yoga pour les clients de l’hôtel

Cons:

- le faite qu on se soit trompé d’un jour dans notre massage et que nous avons pris la place d une autre personne sans savoir et de s’être fait « sermonner » par la responsable du personnel et de la réception car c’était notre erreur alors qu en principe, la faute revient au personnel qui ne s est pas informé sur l identité du client avant le massage.

Geniales Hotel für entspannte Tage!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war enorm reichhaltig und konnte jedem Geschmack etwas bieten. Die Hotelausstattung inkl. täglichem Angebot (bspw. Yoga) ist enorm vielfältig und lädt neben der genialen Umgebung ebenfalls dazu ein, etwas länger zu bleiben.

Cons:

Leider war das Zimmer relativ ringhörig, sodass die Gespräche auf dem Korridor auch im Zimmer gut verständlich waren.

Fantastic hotel
Pros:

Very comfortable hotel with kind attentive staff.. great location with easy access equally in distance to Flims and Laax, we’ll be back.
