Geniales Hotel für entspannte Tage!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war enorm reichhaltig und konnte jedem Geschmack etwas bieten. Die Hotelausstattung inkl. täglichem Angebot (bspw. Yoga) ist enorm vielfältig und lädt neben der genialen Umgebung ebenfalls dazu ein, etwas länger zu bleiben.

Cons:

Leider war das Zimmer relativ ringhörig, sodass die Gespräche auf dem Korridor auch im Zimmer gut verständlich waren.

Pros:

Very comfortable hotel with kind attentive staff.. great location with easy access equally in distance to Flims and Laax, we’ll be back.

Wunderschöner Ort zum Abschalten und genießen
Pros:

Die angenehme Atmosphäre und der zuvorkommende Service hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Im Schweizerhof gibt es an jeder Ecke etwas zu entdecken, alles ist geschmackvoll mit Liebe zum Detail dekoriert. Die interessante Historie war spürbar, ohne dass das Hotel verstaubt wirkte. Der Blick aus dem Fenster über ganz Flims war unglaublich. Auch das Essen im Hotel (reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet, feines Abendessen mit veganer Option) hat uns überzeugt und ist empfehlenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

It was like being spoilt at home. Our stay was excellent.
Pros:

Friendly staff in all areas of the hotel, with excellent service and a sense of holiday fun, great pool, ambience, yoga and spa facilities exceptional. Events to entertain including NYE were wonderful.

Cons:

Would have liked an extra vege soup option at lunch, but the food overall was excellent.

sehr perönlich, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit, komptetent, mit 1 Ausnahme s.o.
Pros:

Alles super, nur bei der Abreise war das Personal an der Rezeption primär mit sich selbst beshcäftigt, statt mit dem Gepäck zu helfen und uns zu verabschieden.
