Baignoires eco responsables ?? J ai des doutes !
Very poor Internet, dusty room. Breakfast from 8-10, room was only opened at around 8.30. And the most horrible thing was the self Check-in which for elder people is very difficult to handle. And there were other guests that felt the same.
The facilities were old, and the shower wasn’t hot. The heating didn’t work very well, we had requested four beds, and the sofa bed was uncomfortable. The room had very few electrical outlets, which, for better or worse, are essential for phones, computers, and other electronic devices. However, the house was in a truly splendid location, which somewhat makes up for the room's shortcomings.
Check in was a nightmare - nobody there to receive us. Instead, we had to key in all our information outside the hotel which was not user friendly. We had to reenter information several times before we could get it to work properly, and also scan our passports etc. I called the number but did not reach anyone to answer our questions about how to solve the glitchy keypad entry issues. We were lucky that someone who works there happened to come by and helped us retrieve our key from a locked box that was different than all the other key boxes and she didn't know how to open it. She called someone and someone answered, and she got help. The room was fine, had a nice view, so were satisfied with our stay once we finally were able to check in. HOWEVER, now upon reviewing my credit card statement, I was charged TWICE for the stay! Please arrange a refund, and perhaps you should even consider refunding part of the cost of staying there due to this and the other problems I outlined!
Nice location in the historical center. Following their instructions you can park 10 minutes away.
Hated the electronic check-in and the lack of someone at the reception desk.
Rooms are old, small and super cheap.
Also for the modest price is not worth
Family operated business Very Clean well designed high Quality Materials. Very Professional and Friendly Staff Thank You!
Tutto ok , forse si potrebbe migliorare i servizi accessori (prodotti per il bagno per esempio )

In posizione centrale per raggiungere tutti i punti d'interesse. Essenziale silenzioso e funzionale. Ottima colazione
Uma muito boa localização, bom nível de conforto e serviços. A wi-fi com um sinal no 3º andar um pouco fraco.
Nulla di particolare
Molto confortevole in pieno centro è facile spostarsi
Pessima esperienza. Personale scarso. Colazione pagata 5 euro, era buona.
The Raffaello is well located in the center of Urbino. It is a serious climb to reach it, but that is true of everything in Urbino. Our reception was rushed and callous. Keys were given, things mumbled, and we were sent our way. The lobby area was unkept, with pictures leaning against the wall and boxes stacked. The rooms were simple and clean but not in good repair. My air/heat system was without a remote and therefore could not be used. When I went to report this, there was no one at the front desk. In fact there was seldom anyone at the front desk. I found a phone number and called it. A man came and gave me an electric heater in case it got cold. It did. My bathroom sink had a slow leak which resulted in a wet floor. During the night a loud sound, like a fire alarm, would sound every few hours. No one at the front desk. No sleep. The most serious problem with the Raffaello was that no one cared. No one cared about the place or about us. After one night we were finished. I found a man at the front desk and said we were leaving. I asked to be refunded for the two nights we did not stay. He said, "No refunds! Have a good life!" Part of my life is to write this review. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Exelente servicio,disfrutamos mucho el hotel
Sehr erfreulich war die Mail vor Reiseantritt mit der Parkplatzempfehlung
Great view on the green hills around Urbino (I don't know whether this applies to all rooms).
Central location in the historic center of Urbino. Five minutes or less to the Piazza della Republica. The bus terminal (at the bottom of a shopping center) is also in walking distance (maybe 12-15 mins). A bit hidden in a small side street (which means it is quiet). There are signs on the street to locate the hotel.
The reception closes at some time in the evening, so I guess it's best to advise them in advance about a late arrival.
Great place very convenient
Very well placed hotel in the old town. No parking except up the hill. Clean warm room. Reception lacking in charm. Very poor breakfast!
