Contact et Service Client = 0 Booking n'accompagne pas ses clients non plus.
J'ai demandé à l'hôtel la facture pour mon séjour à plusieurs reprises.
Aucune retour, aucune réponse à mes différentes relances. Une fois payé et parti, plus aucun service.
Commentaire valable pour Booking.com également, qui vous facture, mais ne sait répondre que par "merci contacter l'hotel directement".
Je retourne à Cadix dans quelques jours mais j'ai choisi un hôtel sérieux , et en direct cette fois-ci !

Pros:

Fuimos cuatro personas, tres adultos, uno de ellos en silla de ruedas y un niño de 4 años.
Nos hospedamos en un apartamento de un dormitorio.
Las instalaciones son complicadas para una familia como la mía pero el personal maravilloso y paciente.

Cons:

El acceso a los apartamentos había que coger dos ascensores, todo muy estrecho. El personal de recepción muy amable nos facilitaba la entrada por otro sitio para que cogieramos un ascensor directo al apartamento. Intentaron acomodar el apartamento para que estuviera adaptado pero fue complicado, las puertas del baño estrecha y la de la habitación también. Aun así nos adaptamos y estuvimos cómodos. El problema fue en la noche, teníamos encima la terraza y había música en vivo cada noche hasta las 12 de la noche. Después cuando terminaba la música la gente chillando en las escaleras hasta las tantas.
Las instalaciones son complicadas para una familia como la mía.
