Pros:

Posto tranquillo pulito e silenzioso , Camera pulita grande e funzionale, box doccia piccola ma sufficiente. Personale gentile e disponibile, colazione buona con prodotti freschi e vari, ambiente e personale accogliente. Parcheggio ampio ben tenuto anche se non custodito. Dovendo andare a Lucca summer festival l'hotel è a pochi km dalla città ma il prezzo vale il soggiorno visto anche i prezzi folli della città.

Perfect location if you search a quiet away from city place to chill.
Pros:

Wifi is fast, room is clean a neighborhood is silent. Breakfest was handmade by Gianluca (Thanks!!!), so staff is great! AC handled the 40oC heat wave nicely. I have to get back and rent a bike next time.
