Ubicación excelente a 200 m de Termini y de Sta. Maria la Mayor. El personal, de 10. El hotel está muy bien gestionado y es muy cómodo. ¡¡ El desayuno te lo llevan a la habitación !!

Cons:

La única pega es el ascensor, antiguo como pocos y que da bastante miedo. Una noche no funcionaba y nos tocó subir 5 pisos...

Great Stay!
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The location the Termini train station is good, a 5 min walk so easy to access the train to the airport. Note, this hotel is on the 5th floor, The lift looks like it was made in 1900 and it did break down on our stay. Not so easy to climb if you have big suitcases. The hotel itself is a lovely small hotel, very clean and all that you need with great air conditioning needed in the hot weather. Breakfast, you select a time that you wish and its delivered on time to your door. Just a little something to get you started for the day, each day had a different selection of pastries. The staff on day and night were very friendly and welcoming and we had no problems at all, we stayed in a twin room which was adequate for what we needed. I wouldnt hesitate to use this hotel again when visiting. We found the location great as every direction you are just 10-20 min to main attractions. Train, metro and bus station right at your door.

Excellent rapport qualité emplacement prix
Pros:

Très proche de la gare (idéal pour le transfert à l'aéroport) et du métro. Parfait pour les visiteurs à pied. Personnel très accueillant et sympathique. Petit déjeuner servi à la chambre.

Cons:

Devoir reporter la clé au 5e à chaque sortie, c'est moins pratique, mais ce n'est pas dramatique.

Pros:

The location was great, great restaurant around the hotel, the staffs are amazing! The room was spotless and air conditioner was great!

Cons:

They could have left some bottles of water in the mini-fridge; it was very hot and we really needed some. Even if we had to pay extra, it would have made our stay much easier.

Les conseils de la personne à l'accueil qui nous a fait gagner beaucoup de temps, la propreté de la chambre et le confort. La situation est très bien, entre la gare et le colisee. Le petit-déjeuner est servi en chambre, ce qui est pratique. Nous avons pu déposer notre bagage pendant nos visites.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner pourrait comporter une petite tranche de pain en plus ( juste un croissant) mais nous sommes de gros mangeurs au petit-déjeuner 😀
