Wonderful hotel in the heart of beautiful Ostuni. Fabulous room, first class service.
Pros:

Hotel staff were excellent, even parking my car for me as I could not get in when we arrived due to a coach loading up with passengers. Room was fabulous, my wife enjoyed a wonderful spa massage. Perfect place to spend our 40th wedding anniversary.

Struttura perfetta e accogliente proprio a ridosso del centro storico della città. Camera dotata di tutti i confort, sempre molto pulita. Ottimo servizio bar e ristorante. Allestimento tavoli per il ristorante davvero notevole.

Bardzo smaczne śniadanie i świetna lokalizacja, czysto , klimatyczne miejsce.

Cons:

Mam podejrzenie że na parkingu hotelu zarysowano moje auto. Chcąc wyjaśnić sprawę poprosiłam na recepcji o spr kamer. Recepcjonista przekazał że już za późno, kamery są wykasowane ( 1doba po ) a na parkingu nie ma kamer. Ponieważ nie odpuściłam, okazało się że są nagrania i jest również kamera na parkingu, której ostatecznie nie udostępniono zastępując kamerą na zewnątrz która była fatalnej jakości a czas rozmowy poświęcony na to by cokolwiek zobaczyć to 2 godziny . Żałowałam że nie zrobiłam zdjęcia przed oddaniem kluczyków auta kiedy miało zostać wprowadzone przez pracownika hotelu na parking hotelowy .

Cons:

Beautiful hotel but very old fashioned inside.
Breakfast was ok but again a bit disappointing on choice and quality.
the size of the room for 3 people (2 adults and 1 child) is small and the extra bed was very small for my 14 year old.

Well located, staff were very responsive and helpful, comfortable bed with clean room . Easy parking on the property and just outside ZTL zone. Everything that you need for an excellent stay. Great air conditioning and a hot day. Good breakfast options.

Cons:

Shower pressure was not good.
