Pros:

Enkel incheckning och rimligt läge i stan för prisnivån.

Cons:

Mycket varmt på rummet, blev bättre med fläkten som fanns. Wifi var mycket svajigt vilket var besvärande.

Pros:

Location near a tram stop, easy to get to

Cons:

No air con, admittedly we visited when it was 25-30⁰, but it was very difficult to get the room cool enough to sleep at all. The windows had to be wide open, and then having trams thunder down the street just outside was hardly relaxing. There was also no luggage storage.

Die Schubladen am Bett, die Couch im Zimmer. Bett war ok. Dusche war ok.

Cons:

WLAN ist schmutz, kein Tisch, der Fernseher ging nur auf 2 Programme. Man konnte das zimmer nicht verdunkeln, sodass man morgens nicht schlafen konnte.

Hotel se nalazi na dobroj lokaciji, dve tramvajske stanice od Aleksandar platz. Dobili smo unapred instrukcije za ulazak u sobu i vrlo lako smo se prijavili. Soba je čista i velika, kupatilo takođe prostrano. Kraj u kom se hotel nalazi je miran, a naša soba je gledala na unutrašnje dvorište. Imali smo kuvalo za vodu, peglu, fen. Peškiri su redovno menjani, izbacivano đubre svakodnevno. Jedan dan smo imali problem sa internetom i nakon što smo prijavili, rešeno u roku od par minuta.

Cons:

Bilo bi dobro na primer, da ima frižider u sobi.

Wer es laut und hell mag ist hier genau richtig
Pros:

Ein freundliches kleines Haus mit Charakter. Die Lage ist durchaus passabel, und wer gern mitten im Geschehen wohnt, schätzt sicher die lebendige Geräuschkulisse rund um die Uhr. Ein angenehmer Nebeneffekt der Zimmer: Man braucht keinen Wecker – spätestens um fünf sorgt das großzügig einfallende Tageslicht für einen frühen Start in den Tag. Der Zimmerservice hält sich vornehm zurück und stört die Privatsphäre zu keiner Zeit. Auch sonst bleibt das Zimmer in Erinnerung – mit einer ganz eigenen, unverwechselbaren Note. Für Gäste mit einem gesunden, tiefen Schlaf eine passable Wahl.

Cons:

Ich bin von diesem Aufenthalt ausgesprochen enttäuscht. Mein Kollege und ich hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht und in vier Nächten kaum bzw. schlecht geschlafen. Trotz ausdrücklicher Zusage ruhiger Zimmer waren beide sehr laut. Ab 5 Uhr morgens war es im Zimmer so hell, dass an Schlaf nicht mehr zu denken war – unsere Bitte um Vorhänge wurde schlicht ignoriert. Hinzu kamen fehlender Zimmerservice, unzureichende Hygiene und ein unangenehmer Geruch in beiden Zimmern. Das entspricht nicht dem, was man bei einer Buchung erwarten darf.

Enttäuschende Erfahrung
Pros:

Lag halbwegs zentral, war aber leider laut. Die Gegend an sich ist in Ordnung, der Volkspark Friedrichshain ist in der Nähe und es gibt hörbar auch eine Bahnverbindung in der Nähe.

Cons:

Leider war unser viertägiger Aufenthalt eine große Enttäuschung. Zugesagt waren ruhige Zimmer – tatsächlich waren beide sehr laut. Ab etwa 5 Uhr morgens wurde es zudem sehr hell; unsere Bitte um zusätzliche Vorhänge blieb unbeantwortet, sodass erholsamer Schlaf nicht möglich war. Auch der übrige Standard enttäuschte: kein Zimmerservice, mangelhafte Hygiene und ein unangenehmer Geruch in beiden Zimmern.

Der Service lässt zu wünschen übrig, habe die ganze Zeit keinen Menschen dort gesehen und nur KI-Antworten auf meine Anfragen bekommen.
