La ubicación es buena y segura. Este es el punto fuerte y creo que el único en este momento. He estado varias veces pero se nota que no hacen una adecuada mantención, está muy deteriorado.

Cons:

El baño, tanto la los azulejos de la ducha como la cortina de baño tienen hongos y se ve el oxido en varias partes. Impresentable para un apart hotel en Providencia! La cocina también es muy antigua.

Buena estancia.
Pros:

Tiene todo lo necesario para la estadía, lugar limpio y ordenado. Además destacar su ubicación y servicios cercanos, eso le da un plus.

Cons:

El servicio post check out es muy acotado y no se me realizó entrega de la boleta por el servicio, apelando a que se enviaría por email y aún no ha sido enviada.

Excelente ubicación y atención.

Cons:

Sería bueno realizar una Mantención a la instalación.

Desde el extractor de aire del baño , la cortina de baño y manija de apoyo dentro de la ducha.

Lo mismo el piso flotante ya se observa deteriorado.

No obstante cumple la función.

A Localização é ótima, apartamento apesar de pequeno pra duas pessoas é aconchegante, limpo. Não tem muito luxo, é simples. Mas eu gostei. Cama bem arrumada, utensílios de cozinha básicos ok, Internet caiu algumas vezes mais no geral foi muito boa. Custo benefício excelente. Vale a pena se vc for de boa assim como eu.
