Hotel room and decor very dated. That said, the room was clean and tidy. Just no atmosphere. About a 20 minute walk from the old town.

AC barely worked but it’s nice for how old it is

Rarely have I encountered such a level of carelessness and aggressive behavior from hotel staff. I write this review with regret, but also with a sense of duty to warn other travelers.

I booked a room for a foreign client at this hotel, which initially seemed promising: good location, decent prices, and seemingly acceptable services. The reality turned out to be completely different. On the last day of the stay, my client was accused of consuming minibar products worth approximately 25 euros. This wouldn’t be unusual if the accusation had any actual basis. However, the lady at the reception, utterly lacking in courtesy and professionalism, created an absurd scene, refusing to listen to any explanations, speaking only in Romanian (despite addressing a foreign guest), and even threatening to call the police.

Despite my efforts to resolve the situation calmly and reasonably, we were met with disdain. We ended up paying the amount just to avoid further conflict, but the experience left a bitter taste.

The staff’s behavior reflects not only a complete lack of professional training but also a hostile attitude toward guests. A self-respecting hotel would never employ people like this.

I strongly advise you to avoid this place. If you’re looking for a pleasant experience in Bucharest, look elsewhere. Here, you risk not only your money but also your dignity.

Hotel is nice. Location is good

Very clean hotel, that ticked all our boxes. Breakfast was good and the service was great All the staff I interacted with were polite and went out of their way to help. I'd highly recommend without hesitation if you are looking for a basic stay.

Location: a 15 walk into Old Town or a shirt taxi ride (depending on the traffic). No real amenities in the vicinity.

Food: breakfast is pretty standard continental

Rooms: spacious with plenty of storage

Decor: lots of dark wood in restaurant and reception area.

Ambience: a bit lacking

Hotel proche du centre ville, le personnel est serviable , petit déjeuner très correct, les chambres sont propres. Excellent séjour.

In a quiet neighborhood. Clean, safe building.

I did not like how old the property appeared. Moreover it should be rated 3 stars. It doesn't even come close to being a 4 Star hotel, which it is listed as by Expedia

Buen alojamiento a 10 min andando del centro. Buen desayuno y amabilidad. Habitaciones reformadas y muy amplias. Ideal para pasar unos días en Bucarest.

El hotel esta muy cerca del centro a unos 10 minutos andando.Las habitaciones eran amplias y comodas. Y el desayuno bueno.

Rude staff.
I ask for an extra towel.
They provide only 1.
The lady from the recipetion told me that the found only 1 towel. There were 2 towels for sure.
I ask to speak with the manger. 17:30 it's too late.
Speak with him tomorrow.
I ask for towel with deposit till tomorrow- no. It's your problem.

The guy in the restaırant durüng breakfast was rude . He did not refill bread and other stuff. He mentioned that we came late to the breakfast while it was just 9:30. And the breakfast hours is between 7:30-10:30 . For a cup of hot water we waited about half an hour.

Overall the hotel was a nice place and area to stay. I recommend it for many reasons.

Staff were helpful and polite.
We enjoyed a clean and spacious room with a balcony during this visit. Breakfast buffet was okay and convenient each morning.

This is pet friendly hotel. We brought our dogs and we were charged 20 Euros a night per dog. I understand the pet fee but a bit much to be charged for each dog.

Otel konforluydu, old town’a 15 dk yürüme mesafesindeydi, biz aile olarak kaldık beğendik, odalardaki eşyalar eskiydi ama bu bizim için sorun değil. Kahvaltıları da bizim kültürümüze çok yakındı .Çok çok teşekkür ederiz 🙏

It is ok.

Everything was great to be honest. We did have to ask to change the first room because of am awful smell, but once that was sorted our stay was lovely.
