Pros:

Amabilitatea si atentia personalului;
Activitati de divertisment pentru adulti si copii;
Mancarea proaspata si suficienta.

Cons:

Piscina avea apa tulbure;
Baia de la piscina mirosea urat si arata invechita;
Sala de fitness mica, neaerisita, avea un puternic miros de mucegai;

Pros:

Хотела е много добър, персонала е много любезен и отзивчив. Храната е разнообразна и в доста големи количества. Аниматорите Дончо и Ванеса са много готини , забавляваха не само децата , но и, нас възрастните. Бихме се върнали пак с голямо удоволствие.

Cons:

Може би единствения недостатък е че е само един асансьор и доста се чака.

Data viitoare vom cauta mai atent , pozele uneori te pacalesc.
Pros:

Puncte forte ,personalul amabil, animatorii nota 100, curatenie in camera, piscina curata si ok pentru copii.

Cons:

Mancarea nu a fost diversificata. Parcarea chiar daca platesti nu ai locul garantat. Chiar daca ai lasat numarul de tel si suni pentru ca altcineva te-a blocat, poti suna linistit ca iti raspunde casuta vocala.

Wspaniały pobyt, byłam wręcz zaskoczona, jak odpoczęłam, jak dobrze spędziłam czas, jak miło było tam gościć.
Pros:

Jedzenie było bardzo dobre i różnorodne, nie dało się znudzić, dziecko spokojnie mogło znaleźć coś dla siebie. Wyśmienite słodkości każdego dnia. Bardzo czysto, basen idealny.

Cons:

Obsługa nie mówiła perfekcyjnie po angielsku, przez co czasem komunikacja była utrudniona, niemniej nie było to bardzo dużym problemem, finalnie jakoś się dogadywaliśmy.

Un hotel la care am revenit cu drag
Pros:

Personalul a fost foarte amabil și receptiv la orice solicitare, camerele au fost spațioase, paturile confortabile. Mâncarea a fost diversificată și gustoasă, potrivită pentru toate gusturile . Apa din piscină a fost curată și caldă. Locația are locuri de joacă pentru copii. În fiecare zi se organizează la piscină activități amuzante de către doi animatori simpatici și seara activități tematice sau spectacole de dans și folclor.

Cons:

Distanța de 10 minute de mers pe jos până la plajă dar nu a fost un mare impediment.

Was first and last experience on this hotel
Cons:

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was extremely dirty, the bed linen did not appear to have been changed, and we were not provided with fresh towels every day. There were spiders all over the room, the bathroom was unhygienic, and even the door had a hole where the peephole was missing. The food was also almost the same every day, with very little variety. The only positive aspect was the staff, who were friendly and helpful

Mixed impressions.
Pros:

The animators looked like they were having a lot of fun! My children enjoyed the pool very much, some of the food was excellent including the cheese pie, ratatouille and pork stew. Good responsive hotel manager.

Cons:

The shower leaked, at least a mop or squeegee should be provided. The children's food section, while thoughtful could have been of better quality. The parking person was very rude to me (although the manager responded well to my complaint and refunded my parking money).

Sprawnie dzialajaca klimatyzacja w pokoju

Cons:

Mikroskopijny basen, zimne jedzenie, moim zdaniem obiekt nie powinien mieć 4*, cena przystępna. Nie oczekiwałam super warunków, ale chłodne jedzenie odbierało mu jakiekolwiek walory smakowe. Rozmiękłe, zimne frytki okropne. Pobyt w hotelu z all inclusive ograniczył się do nocowania
