A fost foarte frumos!
Pros:

A fost bine! Ar putea fii mai imbunatatit si sa nu se mai gateasca cu mult ulei! Ganditiva si la o plaja privata cu sezloange si umbrele! Eliminati taxa de parcare mi se pare prea scumpa! Drumul pana la mare mi sa parut f frumos pentru ca noi iubim miscarea! Vom mai revenii la voi!

Cons:

Incercati sa faceti acele schimbari de care am vorbit mai inainte! Parcarea sa nu se mai plateasca sa aveti mai multi clienti!

Jó elhelyezkedés. Pár perc setára található a tengerparti sétány és a Várna belvárosán keresztül a repülőterre menő 409-es busz végállomása. Kellemes es tiszta medence finom koktélokkal fagyival és pattogatott kukoricával a pool bárban. Kilátás a tengerre a 4. emeleti szobankból.

Cons:

Az ételek nagyon egyhangúak voltak és az ott töltött 6 nap alatt is ismetlődtek. De a fizetett ár-értek aránynak megfelelt.
A szobában nem volt szék vagy egyéb ülőhely, pedig a szoba eleg nagy méretű volt hozzá. Gyakran utazom de nem emlékszem olyan szállashelyre ahol nem volt szék vagy ülőhely a szobában. Érdekelne hogy milyen megfontolasból nincs szék. A szállodán kívüli környezet mindenhol nagyon szemetes.

Pros:

Personalul foarte amabil, ca un mare +,am ajuns după ora 21 la hotel și ne-au oferit cina la care nu am ajuns. Hotel curat, mâncare foarte bună, aproape de mare. Totul a fost minunat! Camera dublă are 4 paturi, camera foarte mare.

Cons:

Nu pot sa spun așa ceva.

Un sejur la un resort bun compromis de mizeria statiunii.
Pros:

Mancarea:Consistenta si diversa.personal amabil si atent.

Cons:

Am fi preferat ca resortul sa aiba o zona cu sezlonguri si umbrele rezervata pentru plaja la mare.
Am fi fost incantati ca murdaria si gunoaiele de pe traseul de ajungere la plaja sa nu fi existat.
De altfel aproape intreaga statiune se complace intr-o mizerie greu de descris si de acceptat.

Sahile 15 dk yürüyorsunuz ancak otel tepede olduğu için yokuş ve merdivenleri(60-70 basamak) kullanmak durumunda kalıyorsunuz.Havuz otele göre küçük kalmış.

We were so “disappointed” that we stayed two extra days!
Pros:

We arrived at the hotel with quite a few doubts after reading reviews from various sources, but we were pleasantly surprised from the very beginning. In fact, we were so “disappointed” that we decided to extend our stay with two extra days!
We had a triple room, which was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for the amount of time we actually spent there. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was cleaned daily. I honestly don’t understand the expectation some guests have of having their bed linen changed every single day. If that is important to you, simply put the “Make My Room” sign on the door, and the housekeeping staff will be happy to accommodate you. Otherwise, the room is serviced daily, toiletries are replenished, and towels are changed as needed.
The staff deserves a special mention. Everyone was extremely friendly, polite, and genuinely willing to help with absolutely any request or issue. Their attitude made a real difference to our stay.
And then there was the food — simply delicious! There was a great variety of dishes, with something to suit every taste. We enjoyed burger nights, Mediterranean evenings featuring mussels and a wonderful selection of fish dishes, as well as a Bulgarian-themed evening with traditional specialties. There were also chicken, pork, beef, and fish dishes available every day.The desserts were equally impressive: delicious cakes and eclairs, baklava, excellent ice cream, and even popcorn every day. Between meals, there was pizza and a variety of cookies and snacks, so there was certainly no shortage of food.
As for the walk to the beach, it is absolutely not as difficult or unpleasant as some reviews make it sound. It’s a pleasant 10–15 minute walk, and after all those generous meals, we actually appreciated having the opportunity to get some exercise!
Overall, we would describe this hotel as 3 star pricing with 4+ star service. We had a genuinely enjoyable stay and would happily return.

Cons:

If we had to mention one area for improvement, it would be that the staff could perhaps be a little more proactive when dealing with inconsiderate or poorly behaved guests.
