Piscine chauffée et repas de qualité
Etablissement très bruyant (peu insonorisé), nombreux clients arrivés en même temps et pas de respect du "calme" souhaité dans les espaces bien-être/repos.
The location was a ten plus, plus. Right in the centre of town overlooking the Mediterranean. The check in and out was seamless. The head waiter ( I think Carlo, but not sure) for the breakfast was a pleasant and very efficient gentleman. He was constantly checking that everyone was well served.
The grounds are strategically designed for privacy alcoves and the larger more social area. The pool is large with many loungers. The live entertainment was a bonus we didn't expect.
I would recommend this property.
We have no complaints.

L'hotel è ubicato in una ottima posizione ed offre dei buoni servizi. Il personale è molto professionale e gentile. La struttura è datata, essendo storica, ma lo stato di manutenzione è buono e tale da renderla gradevole.
Il suggerimento che mi permetto di formulare è quello di fare in modo che vengano rimosse le olive che cadono sulla pavimentazione, in particolare in prossimità della piscina esterna.
Un po' di odore proveniente dallo scarico del WC, probabilmente legato a problemi della fognatura comunale.

We loved Villa Svizzera
We chose this for the terme ( thermal spa) and we had so many hours of relaxing and this really made us feel relaxed.
The outdoor pool has sea water that was also excellent .
Also just next to the bus stop where we could move around the island with ease.
The staff were fantastic and helped us with everything.
The head waiter gave us the table we liked at breakfast every morning, he was so keen to ensure that we had a beautiful view.
The staff at the reception especially the lady was excellent she did everything to make our stay fantastic .
We also ate at the cafe and the Svizzera sandwich was exceptional. One of the best I've had .
Paying for the towels a bit steep at €7 .
And having to check out at 10am which is earlier than anywhere else we've stayed

Non riesco a trovare cosa che non mi sia piaciuta. L’accoglienza delle persone, dello staff, è stata per me fantastica. In 4 giorni mi sono sentita talmente a casa da non riuscire ad andare via. Camere pulitissime, piscina pulita, cibo buonissimo che ad oggi non è scontato… tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. Ci torneremo assolutamente! Consiglio vivamente.

La qualità migliore sicuramente la organizzazione precisa fin al minimo dettaglio ...
Aria condizionata nella stanza poco efficiente anche alla massima regolazione, ma senza un gran fastidio.
Le pietanze della cena poco calde come se fossero state cucinate da un servizio esterno e poi poco riscaldate dalla cucina interna. Ma anche questo difetto sopportabile.
