Nice clean friendly hotel

Nice experience, friendly owners,
They help you with all they can , even for firections or tours , brilliant , thanks for everything, i had a wonderful time there, i felt like i was with my own family

Great base in Sofia!
Pros:

Elysia was an excellent base in the city of Sofia - about a 10-15 minute walk from anywhere you would need to be. There are plenty of restaurants and shops close by. The hosts there are very responsive and helpful.

Good location and value for money
Pros:

The property is run by nice and friendly people. Location is very quiet but still within a walking distance from the railway and bus stations as well as Sofia's main attractions. Good value for money.

Pros:

　初日にフェイスタオルとバスタオルを渡されましたが、要求すればフェイスタオルは替えてもらえるようです。５泊しましたが、部屋の掃除は1度もありませんでした。廊下に冷蔵庫、コーヒーメーカー、電気ケトルがあり、使用することができます。部屋にはトイレとシャワーが付いています。父娘でホステルを経営していて、とても親切です。娘さんは英語が話せますが、お父さんはあまり話せません。

I had what I paid for
Pros:

My stay at Elysia was generally good enough. I stayed in Sofia for one overnight only and my expectations weren't so high actually. I got from the hostel what I paid for. Anyway, let me say that description on Hotels.com doesn't correspond exactly to what you find on site. Hand towel (one) is free, but on demand. (In my opinion, if sth. is free, I should already find it in the bathroom)
Bath towel is payable (€1/each).
Air conditioning as well (€5/24h)
It isn't true there is a bathtub, but a shower only.
The most important thing you have to, or better, you must, mention in your room description on the website is that Elysia doesn't accept payment through bancomat or credit card, only cash (fortunately I've been authorised to pay in Euro because I had finished my Lev money). This is fundamental to know, and I don't seem having read this on your website.
Anyway, the owner welcomed me very warmly and friendly which is sth I appreciated a lot.

ホテルのオーナー家族が親切でフリーツアーや周辺の観光地についてとても詳しく説明してくれました。部屋も綺麗で熱々のシャワーが使え、とても快適に過ごせました。

More of a home stay than a hostel
Pros:

The lady who runs the business is very friendly and very helpful. The rooms are nice. But there is no common room, no kitchen. It's more of a home stay than a hostel.
