Pros:

Tudo maravilhoso, sem explicação! Do atendimento dos meninos que trabalham no local a comida servida no restaurante não temos o que reclamar, a cozinha é maravilhosa. Nunca vi um café da manhã tão bom, muitas opções a cozinha ainda serve tapiocas entre outras coisas a pedido individual, em especial agradecemos ao Paulo e o Leandro que nos atenderam super bem durante a nossa estadia com eles, super atenciosos e gentis.

Incredible experience
Pros:

Very charming and well maintained property. The pool area & restaurant is really nice with a great atmosphere. The location is amazing; right on the beach. And the staff are extremely helpful and professional. This is a very well-run place!

A estadia foi muito boa e, retornando a Natal me hospedarei outra vez no Manary
Pros:

O melhor foi o atendimento. Especialmente do Sr. Paulo no café da manhã, do Bruno no restaurante e do Srs.Geraldo, Jailson e Fellype na recepção. Os pratos do restaurante são excelentes.

Cons:

O estacionamento poderia ter mais vagas, e o ar condicionado de um dos quartos reservados não estava funcionando. No entanto foi reparado em poucas horas e o hotel pediu desculpas e deu um pack com amenidades.

Localização, área para estacionamento, atendentes prestativos no café da manhã

Cons:

Alguns pontos:
1. No check in foi feito a cobrança indevida, a mais e não o valor informado pelo booking. Foi uma luta para conseguir o reembolso.
2. O quarto possui uma porta de acesso ao quarto vizinho, isto é, todo barulho do quarto vizinho dava para ouvir no meu quarto. NÃO É INFORMADO NO ATO DA RESERVA.
3. Quarto com cheiro forte de perfume que foi usado para disfarçar o cheiro de cigarro.
4. Quando informei ao Recepcionista da questão do barulho e alergia ao cheiro, informou que havia disponibilidade, no entanto não poderia realizar a troca.
5. Limpeza ruim, havia um mosquito morto na parede do banheiro, quadros empoeirados.
6. No banheiro havia uma veneziana que communicava com alguma area da manutenção, havia barulho incomodo.

ubicación bien, un poco alejado del movimiento por lo cual eras mas tranquilo.

Cons:

muchas escaleras, para acceder a todo teniamos q bajar 3 pisos por escalera y pasar por otras habitaciones, no fue comodo.

Great place to stay at Natal
Pros:

The location is just perfect, the room had amazing sea views. It’s a small hotel with amazing staff, I only remember Paulo at Breakfast, we got along well because I was always the first, arriving usually 15/20 min before the opening time, but he was there making everything happen naturally, but everyone else was also amazing.
Maintenance staff I also have to mention, they were painting the door that goes to the beach from the pool area (amazing door by the way) and he managed to get people in and out, got me an adaptor for my laptop charger, everything with a smile and no effort.
Definitely the place to stay when I return
