ubicación bien, un poco alejado del movimiento por lo cual eras mas tranquilo.

Cons:

muchas escaleras, para acceder a todo teniamos q bajar 3 pisos por escalera y pasar por otras habitaciones, no fue comodo.

Great place to stay at Natal
Pros:

The location is just perfect, the room had amazing sea views. It’s a small hotel with amazing staff, I only remember Paulo at Breakfast, we got along well because I was always the first, arriving usually 15/20 min before the opening time, but he was there making everything happen naturally, but everyone else was also amazing.
Maintenance staff I also have to mention, they were painting the door that goes to the beach from the pool area (amazing door by the way) and he managed to get people in and out, got me an adaptor for my laptop charger, everything with a smile and no effort.
Definitely the place to stay when I return

Pros:

Amamos o hotel! Toda a equipe é muito educada, atenciosa e solícita! O quarto era bem espaçoso, equipado e limpo. Bem em frente à praia, com vista para o Morro do Careca e aquele mar de múltiplos tons de verde/azul. A piscina é limpa todos os dias. Todos os ambientes são lindamente decorados, o que apenas deixa transparecer o cuidado com cada detalhe que eles têm! O café da manhã é uma delícia, com uma variedade enorme de coisas, sabores locais e mudanças diárias de opções. O restaurante também é muito bom! Vale a pena ir mesmo para quem não está hospedado, tanto que sempre está cheio, inclusive com pessoas da cidade. O jantar tem um clima romântico, fomos nele três dias para poder experimentar todos os pratos e sobremesas que queríamos, um melhor que o outro.

Pros:

O hotel é muito bonito, a localização é boa, mas, infelizmente, a praia estava imprópria para o mergulho. O restaurante do hotel é famoso e a comida realmente estava boa. No entanto, creio que a melhor coisa era a equipe, todos muito solícitos e simpáticos.

Cons:

O quarto não estava muito limpo e, para nossa surpresa, a descarga do banheiro parou de funcionar. O hotel não tinha nenhuma das cortesias comuns nos dessa categoria - uma garrafa de água ou um café. Outra coisa, atenção, o estacionamento que " está sujeito a disponibilidade" são 3 vagas (cinco no total, mas uma para PCD e outra para idoso).

Sehr gutes Essen im Restaurant inkl. Frühstück. Die Kellner sind allesamt sehr nett. Die Lage ist gut.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind ins Alter gekommen. Ein neuer Anstrich sollte man sich leisten können bei diesen Preisen. Uns wurden die 10% optionale Servicegebühr verrechnet ohne Information. Nachdem wir uns beschwert haben, wurde dies anstandslos korrigiert.

Pros:

Hotel excelente, funcionários acolhedores e extremamente educados. Quartos e cada canto do hotel super confortáveis e com higiene impecável. Estabelecimento com vista maravilhosa. Café da manha delicioso. Experiência incrível, super recomendo.

Cons:

A Praia de Ponta Negra devido ao processo que a cidade fez de alargamento da área de areia encontra-se com muitos pedregulhos e o mar por isso esta quebrando muito forte o que torna a praia em frente ao hotel não recomendável para banho.

Pros:

Trata-se de um bom hotel, bem localizado, relativamente confortável, mas com uma instalação antiga, o que não o torna velho. Certamente, o atendimento é o diferencial, pois é impecável. Absolutamente todos os funcionários são prestativos e atenciosos. Em especial, me recordo dos colaboradores Gilberto, Douglas e Bruno.

Cons:

Achei as diárias caras para as instalações do hotel. Os quartos precisam se equiparar ao preço. O hall de entrada do hotel tem apenas um sofázinho de dois lugares para os hóspedes sentarem enquanto aguardam atendimento ou transporte para locomoção pela cidade. Em caso de lotação, certamente muitos hóspedes esperarão de pé.

O lugar é super charmoso , bem estilo hotel de montanha , café da manhã simples , mas bem gostoso! O menu do restaurante para almoçar e jantar , incrível , comida maravilhosa , apresentação e sabor divinos .

Comfy room by beautiful Ponta Negra Beach, but overpriced for Natal
Pros:

Good location by Ponta Negra each. Nice looking pool. Restaurant was good (albeit slightly overpriced). Bed was comfortable. Place was quiet at night.

Cons:

For Natal, £100 a night is very pricy - those are almost Rio prices; For a nicer hotel room in posh Paulista (São Paulo) I paid £60. Staff did not speak a word of English and only broken Spanish, communication with them was very difficult (yes I know it's Brazil, but a hotel dealing with tourists should have at least one staff member that can speak English or at least decent Spanish). The taxi recommended by the hotel to get me from the airport was very overpriced, and I then learned Uber would have cost me less than half that price - not the greatest first impression of Brazil (Natal was my first stop). More generally, I would have been better off just taking the hit and head straight from the airport down to Pipa and skip Natal altogether, as Pipa's beaches are so much nicer AND hotels are cheaper (and only an extra hour to get to from Natal airport).
