Pros:

Sehr gute Lage und Anbindung an ÖPNV. Selbst check-in und out möglich.

Cons:

Man hört Nachts die Züge vorbeifahren. Da helfen leider auch die doppelverglasten Fenster nicht.

Cons:

Hotel was tired. Lighting in the room was poor/ didn't work. Didn't take credit cards. Reception staff not welcoming. Room was basically clean but spider webs and dust in the corners.

Гостиница не высшего уровня, но было чисто, уютно и цена с качество соответствуют.

Cons:

Окна выходят на железнодорожный вокзал, точнее на станцию. При закрытых окнах - мне было ничего не слышно.

Sorry but it was really dirty. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there.

Für unseren Bedarf mit 4 Tagen Aufenthalt gerade so erträglich.
Pros:

Für uns als Segler war die Lage zum Wannsee ausschlaggebend.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Renovierung ist im Gange, der Teppichboden im Zimmer war wohl neu, es hat daher nach Kleber gerochen. Die Dusche war alt und total versifft, bei Ankunft hingen noch benutze Handtücher im Bad. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren aber sauber. Die Lage zwischen Bahn und Straße ist nicht ideal, aber nachts ging es mit der Lautstärke. Es gab keinen Frühstücks- oder Aufenthaltsraum und nebenan der Bäcker hatte nur Coffee to go. Vielleicht ist das Hotel in 1 Jahr renoviert und dann besser zu bewerten.

Ich habe in einem anderen Hotel übernachtet, da das Zimmer unbewohnbar war.
Cons:

Das Zimmer war überhaupt nicht bewohnbar. Man hat in allen Zimmern die Teppiche erneuert, aber so schlechte Ware genommen, dass es extrem nach Chemikalien riecht. Nach 10min bekam ich, trotz weit geöffnetem Fenster, Kopfschmerzen.

Wasserkocher vorhanden

Cons:

Zimmer zu den Bahngleisen, bei offenem Fenster entsprechend laut... der Preis für den kurzen Weg.
