Pros:

Die Zimmer sind sehr nett gestaltet, das Bad zwar klein aber gestalterisch sehr schön. Frühstück reichhaltig und auch gut betreut.

Cons:

Empfang ist praktisch inexisten. Muss über Telefon herbeigerufen werden. Kann kein Deutsch nur Englisch, für ein Innerschweizer Hotel ein Unding

A nice clean hotel in a great location for visiting all areas around the lake either by car or ferry
Pros:

The rooms were large and clean. Shower was hot with good pressure and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good.

Cons:

The pillows were not even remotely comfortable. There was a fair bit of noise from the outdoor dining directly beneath my balcony but only until about 10:30 - 11:00 pm. The safe did not work, even after being issued with a key.
