Für einen Wochenendtrip ok da in sehr guter Lage direkt am Vierwaldstättersee mit Bootshaltestelle.
Pros:

Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und ging auf die Wünsche ein, z.B. Nachschub an frischen Spiegeleiern. Das Steak-Restaurant mit Angeboten an Dry-Aged Beef war sehr gut aber hochpreisig.

Cons:

Der Boden wies beim Betreten Schmutz auf, der Sessel im Zimmer war fleckig, Die Betten waren zu weich.

Sehr sehr schlecht nicht zu empfehlen
Cons:

Das Personal war sehr sehr unhöflich schlechter Service und kaum bis Garkeine Kommunikation.

Wir wurden als Gast regelrecht abgespeist und links liegen gelassen.

Daher war dann unser Aufenthalt vor dem Schlafen vorbei und wir sind 8 Stunden weiter gefahren zu unserem Urlaubsziel.

Würde daher dieses Hotel nie wieder buchen.

Die Seepromenade mit dem direkten einstieg in den See war ausgezeichnet. Die Mitarbeiter scheinen alles sehr zufrieden zu sein und sind sehr freundlich. Die Betten waren bequem, wenn auch für mich etwas weich.

Cons:

Bein Checkin wurde die Gästekarte nicht weitergegeben und es wurde nicht auf die Vorteile hingewiesen. Wofür das Hotel nichts kann ist die starkbefahrene Strasse zwischen Hotel und See.

Stunning views
Pros:

This was a charming hotel in a beautiful location! Waking up to the most amazing Mountain views right outside the hotel. We also had dinner in the restaurant downstairs and had excellent service with a wonderful meal. Our morning swim in the lake Lucerne just outside the front was unforgettable, Would highly recommend recommend this hotel . Thank you

Cons:

Der Fitnessraum war ein Abstellraum, die Möbel abgenutzt oder defekt, Safe defekt, offene Kabel, Badestelle in die Jahre gekommen und das Frühstück zwar vielfältig aber keine guten Produkte! Höchstens nostalgischer Charme!
