Pros:

Great breakfast, amazing location. Good quality of materials used to renovate the rooms. (Bathroom, floor). Staff extremely friendly.

Pros:

Ein sehr schönes Hotel in herrlicher Lage direkt am See. Schiffsanlegestelle und Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal und ein super tolles Frühstück, welches keine Wünsche offen ließ.
Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Cons:

Die Straße vor dem Hotel ist etwas laut. Uns hat es nicht gestört, aber lärmempfindliche Personen sollten das bedenken.

Beau séjour, l'hôtel est en face de l'office du tourisme et l'arrivée des bâteaux.

Tres calme
Pros:

Le côté tres détente de l hotel , le bar et l espace restaurant
Ainsi que le parking gratuit

Cons:

Pas de climatisation même si un ventilateur avait été mis a notre disposition (semaine caniculaire)

חוויה נעימה ורגועה באזור לוצרן.
Pros:

מלון חמוד. חדר גדול, נקי. מרפסת מהממת עם נוף לאגם. שרות נעים. ארוחת בוקר מצויינת ף. תחנת אוטובוס דקה מהמלון . הגעה לתחנת הרכבת נוחה ביותר. יש גם עגן ספינות ממול המלון עם הגעה ללוצרן במעבורת.

Cons:

אין מזגן. כאשר חם מאוד קשה לשרוד.המלון מספק מאוורר אבל כשיש גם חום זה לא פשוט. הטלוויזיה לא עבדה . לא היה מקרר. בנוסף, הירידה הפרטית לאגם של המלון אינה נוחה. היא מעבר לכביש ושייכת בעצם למסעדה ממול. לא הכי ידידותי להגיע עם בגד ים למסעדה שאנשים באים לאכול ארוחות ערב. צריך לחפש חופים ציבורים אחרים לשחיה באגם.

Pros:

The room we had was brilliant. A bedroom, seperate lounge & bathroom, hall way. Hob, fridge, dishwasher, table & chairs, setee, plenty of drawers & wardrobe space in the bedroom, comfy bed. Huge wrap around veranda ( corner room). But the piece de resistance is the view. Wow, overlooks lake Lucerne, cross the road & you're on the lake. Lovely sleepy, traditional village.

Die Sicht auf die Berge und den See ist einmalig gut. Die Zimmer sind renoviert und der Balkon hat Platz. Es gab einen kostenlosen Parkplatz vor dem Hotel.

Cons:

Die Strasse geht direkt vor dem Zimmer vorbei, dadurch ist es sehr laut bis ca 23.30 Uhr, der Bus hält regelmässig vor der Türe. Im Bad gibt es nur das Licht im Spiegel, das ist sehr dunkel. DIe Rezeption war nicht besetzt es ging nur per Telefon was auf dem Tresen stand. Der Herr am anderen Ende war nicht freundlich. Ein Zimmerwechsel war nicht möglich, (Sie können ja storieren, wenn Ihnen das Zimmer nicht gefällt) Late Check-Out war nicht möglich.

Das Zimmer mit Balkon bot eine herrliche Aussicht auf den See und die umliegenden Berge. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und der Kaffee war exzellent. Der kleine Kühlschrank im Zimmer war ein geschätztes Extra.

Good lake view bedroom with comfortable balcony. We loved the access to the lake and the garden with comfortable seating and pier. There was a small bar so we could have a relaxing drink there too. Easy access to busses and boats for sightseeing and close to gondolas etc. Breakfast was good and there were 2 restaurants on site. Tea and coffee facilities in The room were appreciated.

Cons:

Corridors are a little gloomy but our bedroom had been nicely updated.
