Pros:

Krasny horsky hotel se skvelymi sluzbami. Ochotny personal, prijemne SPA, sluzby na vysoke urovni.

Cons:

Skromnejsi snidane. Velmi stara TV se spatnym signalem.

Mini défaut sur le jacuzzi qui ne fonctionnait pas bien. Eau chaude parfaite mais « pas » de bulles.

The residence was very comfortable

Cons:

We did not know the hotel was closed till after we booked. They charged us the breakfast and it was not available. They did not volunteer lat least a reimbursement of it, specially taking into account the very high price we paid for a day.

Emplacement calme. Structure générale.

Cons:

Propreté. Equipement du spa dépassé, jacuzzi sale. Pas de surclassement alors que l'hôtel est quasi vide.

3ème séjour qui s'est très bien déroulé
Pros:

Taille de la chambre, lit confortable, personnel très sympathique et aux petits soins, terrasse ensoleillée, fondue à la truffe parfaite...

Cons:

La carte pour le petit déjeuner en chambre était très appréciée de notre côté, dommage que cela ait changé.

Le meilleur de la montagne en presque parfait !
Pros:

Le service très bienveillant et disponible à chaque demande. L’ambiance dans ce grand « chalet » très spacieux et la décoration superbe ! Le choix des restaurants, très bien aussi.

Cons:

Pas assez de possibilité de chauffage pour chaussures de ski.
Manque de bouteilles d’eau dans la chambre. Bouteille vide non remplacée et service trop long au bar Burger …

Pros:

L'hôtel est magnifique et l'emplacement idéal. Le spa est vraiment superbe.

Cons:

Ce qui a vraiment "gâché" ce moment que ce soit au déjeuner le matin ou au spa ce sont les enfants. Vraiment un point négatif qui a impacter grandement notre séjour.
