Teller Tassen und Gläser waren am Büfett immer erst nach Nachfrage gekommen auch die Lebensmittel waren sehr schnell aus. Kein gemütliches Frühstück

Super comfortabel luxe hotel midden in historisch Dinckelsbuhl. Mooie luxe kamers , goed restaurant met zeer culinaire kaart. De wellness is zeer mooi met als klap op de vuurpijl de infinity-pool op het dak. In één woord waanzinnig.

Gut aber etwas zu teuer.
Pros:

Das Personal war zuvorkommend, die Lage war überragend, WLAN war sehr gut, leckeres Frühstück. Sauberes schönes Zimmer.

Cons:

Der SPA Bereich ist eine Enttäuschung, schön eingerichtet, aber zu wenig Plätze, alles sehr eng, leider auch Dad SPA. Pool nicht wirklich warm, enge Saunen, eine nicht benutzbar.

Schönes Hotel aber der Preis ist nicht angemessen.

Schönes Zimmer und Wellnessbereich

Cons:

Bei Ankunft erst ignoriert worden anstelle kurz zu sagen dass sie noch einen Moment benötigt.
Am Samstag darauf hingewiesen dass die Freundin am Sonntag Geburtstag hat. Sie notierte es sich. Haben aber nichts bekommen. Eine kleine Geste beim Frühstück wäre schön gewesen.

Joa. Dinkelsbühl ist traumhaft schön, aber in das Hotel müssen wir nicht mehr.

Der Spabereich ist architektonisch sehr besonders, die Lage des Hotels ist toll

Cons:

Das Restaurant war total überteuert, hatte kleine Portion und mein Steak war durch, obwohl ich es Medium rare bestellt habe. Das nervt bei einem teuren Restaurant in einem Fünfsternehotel. Außerdem war der Spabereich komplett überfüllt, und es war kein Management da, der zum Beispiel mal stundenlang reservierte Liegen gemacht hat. Und von den 700 m² Spabereich, womit sie werben, entfallen ungefähr 95 % auf Liegeflächen, es gibt nur drei kleine Saunen. Im Zimmer war der Fußboden eiskalt, und wenn man nachts aufs Klo will, ist es nicht möglich, nur in der Toilette Licht anzumachen. Wir sind dann immer mit Handy aufs Klo gegangen.
Parkplatz hatten wir versäumt zu reservieren, ist vielleicht unser Fehler. So mussten wir außerhalb der Stadtmauern parken und dann zum Hotel laufen. Dafür gab es keinen Service.
Insgesamt hatte ich mir für den Preis und für die Bilder im Internet mehr erwartet
