Please note that parking spaces are chargeable and limited on a first-come, first-served basis.

The hotel does not accept children over the New Year break.

The credit/debit card used to book your stay must be presented on arrival at check-in, along with photo ID. If this card is not available, the property will require a credit/debit card for pre-authorization, as well as photo ID in the name of the staying guest.

Please note, we are going through an ongoing refurbishment and currently building a new development, works will be ongoing at present starting from 8am.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.

Location is fantastic.. We had a room opposite the pool which my grandson absolutely loved.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel a lovely location very clean on entertainment Fab

We stayed in one of the refurbished rooms, which was very nice plenty of room lovely ensuite shower staff very friendly

Cons:

The only problem we had was the bar prices could change every time you went to the bar you paid a different price also changed from a Friday night price to a much more expensive on the Saturday. We weren’t the only ones with this problem. A number of people did complain.

Relaxing & comfortable, we will be back again.
Pros:

Very good quality for money, nice & fresh .

Cons:

Some of the tables in the restaurant were a bit too close to one another causing issues to get in & out when other guests occupied their table behind us.

Had lovely weather The comedian was excellent

Breakfast had everything but mushrooms, all available for breakfast & all freshly out .

Cons:

We got woke up at 6 am staff doing something to the bins outside our window . We was expecting more privacy with balcony, not just open and being looked upon the coaches.

Very enjoyable
Pros:

Location great. Breakfast great value for what you got. Room really clean and bathroom amazing impeccable standard.
Older clientele not so kids orientated but very friendly and couldn’t fault.
Pool lovely and clean
All round great experience and I would stay again
