Large hotel with great facilities near to beach and town
Pros:

Great hotel- the swimming pool was an added bonus which I really enjoyed. Close to the seafront.Easy to find parking on streets nearby. Very good breakfast with friendly staff.

We booked 3 rooms on the day. 2 was great but one was in a different building.

Cons:

Our third room was next to a bar which wasn't very family friendly.

I booked a extra large double bed but they sent me to a room with two single beds

They changed me to the correct sized room that I had paid for.
I had to walk all the way to reception to get keys to my new room .
The receptionist told me that all booking’s received thought bookings.com, they aren’t given the room requirements are so the hotel allocates a standard room as policy?
Ridiculous!! And looks like chancers trying to get more money from customers.

Pros:

We liked the hotel and the room and facilities and the sports bar.

Cons:

What I didn't like is the pole right in front of the staircase so when you go for the toilet you might walk in front of it as it is dark and you can't see anything in the pitch black.

Great value clean warm and food .it was that good that we cancelled our hotel in Cornwall to stay here longer
Pros:

Great location 10 minutes walk to the harbour.bus stop right outside food was brilliant and value for money .bingo and evening entertainment was great you have everything you need in one place

The amount of stairs 😂
