I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help — they truly made me feel at home. From check-in to check-out, their hospitality was top-notch.
The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. Everything was well-prepared and thoughtfully presented.
I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Worst hotel

Worst experience ever! Never stay here! The floor boards were broken. The ac and lights would turn off for hours. Extremely rude staff. We travelled with family and all of us had a very bad experience

We had an extremely bad experience with our stay here. First the quality of the place is extremely bad. The floor boards are coming up, the walls has paint coming off and we had our one year old daughter in this place. I would highly recommend staying somewhere else especially if you are going with family. Also the place is at the end of an extremely congested road that required A lot of walking to get to the main attractions. We tried to share our concerns and disappointment with the management and they were extremely rude. Extreme lack of understanding and not willing to move us to a diff room.

Sehr angenehmes Hotel, das Zimmer war komfortabel und ziemlich groß (vielleicht hatten wir Glück?). Das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und super freundlich. Das Hotel liegt am Ende einer kleinen Strasse, man ist sehr schnell am Meer und auch in der betriebsamen Altstadt. Besonders angetan waren wir von der Dachterrasse, von der man einen grandiosen Blick auf Meer und Stadt hat. Kommen gern wieder!

Das Personal und der Chef des Hotels waren sehr nett. Der Taxitransfer zu meinem Rückflug hat sehr gut geklappt. Das Frühstück war lecker mit tollem Blick vom Frühstücksraum. Das tollste ist die Dachterrasse mit Rundumblick. Von der einen Seite auf das Meer und die Stadt und von der anderen Seite auf die blaue Moschee. Hier kann man nach den tollen Sehenswürdigkeiten entspannen. Lage: Man ist sehr schnell bei der blauen Moschee und Hagia Sophia. Das ist top.

Das Hotel war bei der Ankunft sehr schwer zu finden da die Straßen sehr verwinkelt sind. Daher würde ich einen Transfer empfehlen bei der Anreise. Was mich gestört hat war die Hellhörigkeit. In der ersten Nacht waren die Gäste im Nebenzimmer so laut dass man um drei Uhr nachts noch keinen Schlaf finden konnte. Manche Gäste sind einfach rücksichtslos. Gott sei Dank konnte ich auf Anfrage in ein anderes Zimmer nach oben ziehen. Es war zwar kleiner als das erste aber das war mir egal. Dort war es ruhiger.

Our flight was delayed and we did not reach the hoteluntil the early hours. The staff was there to receive us and took us straight to our room so we could rest after a very long day travelling.
The room was clean and spacious.
The hotel is located within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions.
Would happily stay here again.

The place near for everything

Was a nice place, people are great, good services.

Bien qu’il s’agisse d’un petit hôtel mais la chambre était spacieuse avec un balcon et bien propre. Un grand lit double. Salle de bain très correcte avec baignoire. Ménage fait tous les jours avec changement des draps, serviettes etc … Quant au personnel il est adorable, souriant et serviable, je mentionnerais notamment Ali Osman à la réception et Mme. Saber dans la salle du petit déjeuner…..

Expensive for the price. Shops are 150 Meters away. Old property!

staff is nice but building itself is very old.

The staff are friendly, but they don't speak English, or they don't want to. the room was dirty, the floors are filthy, you don't want to walk barefoot on it. the bed sheets had visible stains on them and room sevice did not tidy-up the room until we asked them to. The wall paper was peeling off. they had a window between the bath room and the master bed and the office style curtain there barley conceals anything.

We asked for a seaside view and got one with a back yard view which is filthy, full of broken furniture and garbage. The bathroom had visible rust on the heater and it did not work. they did not refill our tea and coffee and did not provide water. The microwave in the room was melted and the TV was missing.

The WIFI provided reminds me of dialup speeds it is so slow. Break fast is mediocre at best and the food was not fresh. The dining area is small and the staff were having breakfast there with the guest (they cooked their own food) the views are ok from there.

My advice is to avoid at all costs.

Tarihi yarımada için çok uygun bir konumda. Kargaşadan uzak deniz havası güzel. Bina bakımsız çalışanlar anlayışlı.Teras kahvaltı salonu güzel.

nous avions commander 4 chambres a deux lits les chambres a notre arrivé étaient a 1 lit il a fallut attendre le lendemain pour nous séparer les lits deux des chambres étaient bien les deux autre étaient sous le toit pas fonctionnelle mais très sympa ils nous ont changer de chambre
