Soggiorno in albergo bello….ma non troppo

E’ bella la posizione, bello il palazzo che è un edificio storico nobiliare, la stanza era grande

Cons:

La stanza aveva poca luce naturale data da una parte di una finestra che era condivisa per l’altra parte col piano di sotto. Nel bagno c’era un aspiratore che non si spegneva mai con fastidio da rumore. Il bagno non era riscaldato dall’aria condizionata.

le jeune homme au départ aurait pu aller chercher la voiture et au moins proposé de porter le bagage de mon épouse
il a aussi refusé de prendre notre courrier ce n'est pas du niveau de service attendu pour un tel hotel qui par ailleurs était très bien et le reste du personnel aussi très bien

La posizione è strategica per vivere un soggiorno indimenticabile. Se si aggiunge la gentilezza e disponibilità del personale, la pulizia degli ambienti è davvero un posto da scegliere altre mille volte.

Cons:

Nonostante l'ampia scelta a colazione che va dal dolce al salato, mi dispiace tanto che non ci sia nulla senza lattosio (tranne delle merende da supermercato)👎

Localização espetacular, foram perfeitos com os horários que solicitamos.

Cons:

Café da manhã deixa muito a desejar. Coisas que deveriam ser quentes estavam geladas como uma torta de espinafre. Era preciso pedir agua e para os funcionários reporem os itens quando acabavam. Ponto fraco do hotel. Tinha cabelo na banheira quando entramos pela primeira vez no quarto.
