site seeing was so easy and the parking was tremendous .
directions were superb except the amount of distance from the locked ballards to the hotel AND
make sure you tell people you are able to go into the bus/taxi restricted lanes

We love the location and the building itself.
We didn’t like how hot our rooms were and we had to call for assistance to try and get the heat off. We had to sleep with our window into the courtyard open to try and cool things down. Also, our room on the main floor had lots of ants, small ants in the bathroom. We told them about it at the front desk upon departure. We felt we should’ve been reimbursed somewhat, but nothing was offered.

El lugar es, efectivamente, una antigua casa morisca rehabilitada. Los techos tienen los artesonados originales y el patido central conserva un pozo, el estanque central y una fuente. El lugar donde se sirven los desayunos está localizado en el sótano con el techo en bóveda. Desde la casa se ve la Alhambra. La localización es excelente porque te permite ir al centro caminando, además de acceder a la Alhambra, recorrer el Albaicin y el Sacromonte. Aunque es un hotel pequeño, tiene atención en recepción durante las 24 horas.
La gestión para llegar al hotel con fotos para no perderte, la reserva del aparcamiento, la amabilidad, en fin ha sido un viaje muy agradable
