Pros:

Accueil excellent, la responsable est aux petits soins et très professionnelle. Hôtel très bien placé, proche du palais des congrès. Je ne peux que recommander cet hôtel pour votre séjour à Cannes ! Merci beaucoup

Pros:

Bel hôtel, très bien placé et très bon accueil. Seul bémol : le bar situé en face donc extremement bruyant la nuit et chambres mal isolées phoniquement entre elles.

Our stay at hotel was good, it could have been better
Pros:

It had modern updated amenities of room & bathroom, it was very clean, the staff was extremely helpful & polite, its very close to the beach.

Cons:

The loud noises of music played at night starting from 10pm till 2am early morning because of the pub/bar under the hotel & because of which you always had to navigate through a huge crowd to get to the entrance of the hotel.
The reception was not open 24 hours
There is no elevator, so being on the 3rd floor was inconvenient.
The triple occupancy room was very small.

The Anna Livia offers a tremendous value for those who do not need frills but who prefer to stay in the heart of downtow
Pros:

This little gem is extremely well located only a couple of blocks from the beach, 8 min walk from the train station, and in the heart of the lively pedestrian area. It offered a great value for a very last-minute booking for a night, and I found the staff to be incredibly friendly.

Cons:

I have nothing negative to say about this property whatsoever.
