Ljubaznost svog osoblja.

Cons:

Madrac u sobi je previse mekan, mjesalica na kadi ostala u ruci, kada zastopana, kod vecere naglaseno par puta da sam celijakicar, svejedno u juhi dobila tijesto, sustav za sobarice nije radio ( dva dana soba nije bila ociscena i hrana stajala unutra ) iako smo zvali.

Exceptional food in the villa. I recommend trying the "Zagorje art plate for two".

A very nice jacuzzi in the room, with enough hot water.

On the third floor, there are three types of saunas—very nice and clean.

Pros:

I like the room I like the pool. Jacuzz didn't work in our room but it didn't matter since we spent most of our time in pool and sauna anf werpool.dinner was a little bit less than we expected how to put it.-My son was eating fish and the portion was very small, so I had to give him something else to eat since that was not enough, the price for the food was high if look whar and how much we eat, . Overall, I like it maybe next time, we'll just take a smaller room because we spent time in pool and we will not eat in the restaurant since like I said the portions were too small for the price we pay.

Pros:

Svidjelo nam se osoblje, hrana i opceniti ugođaj. Osoblje je jako pristupacno i profesionalno. Hrana je odlicna, uzeli smo polupansion, dorucak bogat stalno ima svega a vecera u 5 slijedova odlicna (glavno jelo ima 3 opcije da svatko moze naci nesto za sebe). Sve u svemu sve je bilo odlicno i jako smo zadovoljni.

Soba udobna i prostrana, jacuzzi, odličan wellness i spa na 3.katu. Veliki pozdrav iz Splita i zahvala zaposlenici Lori na susretljivosti.

Cons:

Plaćanje pića po visokoj cijeni za večeru u opciji polupansiona. Večera dobra, ali ne i odlična. Malo viša razina za čistoću.
S obzirom na cijenu noćenja malo su veća bila očekivanja.
