אין הרבה מה לאהוב.

ראשית,
קיבלנו חדר בעליית הגג, חנוק, בלי אוויר... נוראי!
השירות של הפקידה בקבלה פשוט היה מתחת לכל ביקורת!
ירדתי לקבלה בכדי לומר להם שהמזגן בחדר לא עובד וממש חם ובלתי אפשרי להיות בו
כתגובה לכך, הפקידה ניסתה להסביר לי שהמזגנים לא עובדים כי עדיין קר בסלובקיה... (רק שהם "שכחו" לכתוב זאת בהזמנה).
ממש התחננתי לפקידת הקבלה שתעלה עימי לחדר או תשלח איש מקצוע אך היא פשוט התעלמה ממני כאילו איני קיים והמשיכה לבהות במסך המחשב.

גם כשעשיתי צ'ק אאוט התברר שהמלון גובה מיסים של העיר בסך 7 יורו וזאת על אף שמופיע בהזמנה מפורש שהמחיר כולל את כל המיסים.

בנוסף אגיד שרציתי לצאת מהמלון בשעה 1 בלילה אך לתדהמתי המלון פשוט היה סגור.

לסיכום

Obří pokoj a wellness top
Pros:

krásný wellness, supr recepční v den mého příjezdu (v den mého odjezdu už to bylo horší), překvapil mě welcome drink a obří pokoj, kde jsem měl naprosté soukromí a ticho na spánek. Obří koupelna s vanou a sprchovým koutem byla TOP!

Hotel vo vybornej lokalite, sluzby, jedlo, vybavenie aj wellness super.Urcite vhodne aj pre rodiny s malymi detmi.

Cons:

Jednu noc sme vychytali svadbu, na celom hoteli bolo hlucno do neskorych nocnych hodin. Ale hotel nas na to vopred upozornil,tak sme s tym nejak ratali...

Totul peste așteptări. Liniște absolută, în pădure. Camera imensă (am primit upgrade de cameră, mulțumim, apreciem), parcare mare, internet bun, mic dejun foarte bun și variat, atitudinea personalului, pat mare și confortabil. Totul perfect.
