Excellent location, as well as price-quality ratio.
Pros:

I consider myself a guest without too many expectations. I need a comfortable bed, a bathroom and a small closet to put my things in. Cleanliness is important to me. My breakfast is almost minimalist: black coffee, bread and butter. The hotel met all my expectations, and even exceeded them. The staff is professional, helpful and friendly. A special bonus is the free parking, which is always available.
