Superbe, nous reviendrons
Pros:

Acceuil très aimable, très souriant , et très PRO de la réception (une mention ++ pour Yansel, qui s'est impliqué pour nous aider à récupérer nos places pour le concert de Shakira via Ticketmaster), emplacement au top (proche du métro et beaucoup de points accessibles à pied ), très bon petit déjeuner et accès à la machine à café 24h:24h.

Cons:

La douche qui ne comprend qu'un plafonnier très, très haut ; difficile de se doucher sans se mouiller la tête ... mais celà reste un détail

Staff gentilissimo! Camera accogliente , posizione ottima! Ho gradito molto il caffè che si poteva prendere a qualsiasi ora del giorno o della notte!

Nice little hotel in good location
Pros:

Hotel was in a good location near the Plaza Mayor. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Even though check in is at 3, they had a room ready by 10!

Cons:

However, it is a very small hotel, with small rooms and a small breakfast buffet. Everything was clean and adequate. But I do think t was a little overpriced.

The location was great, so easy to get around, the staff were very friendly, and the room was very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

We had a street-side room on level 1, it was a bit noisy but it was in the middle of the city to was to be expected.
