Pros:

We were warmly welcomed upon arrival, and the staff made a great first impression. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade — the room was very spacious, consisting of two separate areas with a comfortable and well-designed layout.

The bed was clean, soft, and very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was well-equipped and included a full bathtub, which was a nice bonus.

The staff were consistently polite, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. The location is also convenient, with the metro station just a 10–12 minute walk away.

Overall, everything was excellent, and we left with only positive impressions.
