Pros:

I stayed at the hotel for ten days, and it was truly a wonderful experience in every aspect. The place was exceptionally clean and quiet, the room was spacious and well-equipped, and the hotel location was very convenient.
I would like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to all the hotel staff for their kindness and excellent service.
Special thanks to Mr. Tawfiq and Bushra for their respectful, professional, and welcoming attitude, which made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.

Cons:

However, my experience with the receptionist Christine was below expectations. I felt that the interaction lacked flexibility and cooperation, and there was not much effort made to help resolve some guest-related issues. I hope this aspect can be improved in the future to ensure a better experience for all guests.
