A very pleasant stay
Pros:

We were very happy with our stay in the very comfortable, quiet Hotel Soho. The location is excellent, steps away from Tartu's central square, many restaurants, cafes, and bars and short distances from most of Tartu's main attractions. Hotel Soho's staff was friendly, patient, helpful, and accommodating. Our room was clean and large. Breakfast was the best we'd had in the Nordic countries and elsewhere in Estonia. With make-your-own fresh batter waffles, sparking wine, and beer how can that be debated? We already recommended the hotel to friends who plan to visit Tartu

Outdated, noisy and not suitable for business trav
Pros:

The design feels stuck in the 70s – all red-on-red décor, older than me. The beds gave me back pain, the furniture is worn out, and the parking situation is a disaster (you need to pre-book before arrival). At night it’s very noisy, more like a party hotel. Definitely not ideal for business guests.

I liked location and air-conditioning
Pros:

The room looked a bit old-fashioned and there were not enough electric sockets. The air-conditioning was excellent, thank you. The breakfast had very good variety of items. The location of the hotel is excellent.

Hommikusöök on suurepärane. Suur valik, maitsev toit. Hommikusöögi pärast soovitan ja söögile annan viis punkti viiest, väikese miinusega.

Cons:

Toad on väsinud, jätab räpasema ja viletsa mulje. Tegelikult on toad ja hotell puhas, aga sõrmejäljed läikivatel pindadel, kulunud rätikud, pisivigu on lohakalt parandatud (teist tooni värv jms) - sellised ebakõlad jätavad mulje, et selle hotelli parem aeg on olnud minevikus (kui kandis teist nime ja vist olid ka teised omanikud). Seda suurem ja positiivsem üllatus oli väga külluslik ja maitsev hommikusöök. Selle hommikusöögi pärast kaalun järgmisel korral ka seal peatumist. Kuna asub väga lärmakal tänaval, siis toas olid kõrvatropid. Sümpaatne.
