Amazing stay, amazing staff
Pros:

The staff were amazing and so helpful. It’s right by the square and the cathedral so really accessible.

Cons:

The room was clean but could have been a bit cleaner, not that it bothered us! The phone didn’t work either

La posizione è ottima per visitare la città.
Abbiamo lasciato l'auto al posteggio della stazione che dista pochissimo dall'hotel ed essendo di sabato era gratuito.

Cons:

La colazione pagata in struttura è stata normale.
Non abbiamo dormito bene per il troppo rumore che veniva dalla strada ma questa dipende dall'educazione delle persone.

Pros:

La habitación estaba limpia y tenía un buen armario. A pesar de estar en el centro, está bien insonorizada y no se oía nada. Hay calentador de agua con infusiones, café soluble, azúcar, galletitas... En recepción siempre tienes una fuente de agua fresca. Recepción 24 horas siempre atendida por personal sonriente y amable. El hotel está en el centro histórico, a dos pasos de la catedral y su entorno. En 10-15 minutos a pie llegas a cualquiera de las dos playas más cercanas (Santa María o Caleta) Si quieres ir a la playa de la Victoria, tienes varios autobuses que te llevan en poco tiempo.

Cons:

La habitación no es muy amplia. Tiene el espacio justo, Por ejemplo, una de las tres puertas del armario chocaba con la mesilla y no podía abrirse del todo.

Sijainti oli hyvä ja huoneessa oli terassi

Huone oli käytännössä asumiskelvoton. Parketit olivat kaikki ”pystyssä” kun lattiat ovat niin monesti kastuneet. Huoneessa voimakas homeen haju ja kylpyhuoneen ikkuna oli pakko pitää auki koska homeen haju on niin kuvottava.

Centraal gelegen, alles op loopafstand. Ook de stranden goed lopend te bereiken. Heel erg vriendelijk personeel.
Terras bij de eenpersoonskamer groot en heel fijn, dit maakt de kamer voor je gevoel gelijk een stuk groter.

Cons:

De kamer kan wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken, vloer laat op meerdere plekken los, wat achterstallig schoonmaakwerk, handdoeken zijn aan vervanging toe.

Pros:

Lo único bueno es la ubicación. La habitación muuuy pequeña y muy mal insonorizada. Además olía todo el día muy mal a agua estancada por lo que al cerrar las ventanas por las noches, era insoportable y costaba trabajo aguantarlo. Hemos estado en otra ocasión en un hostal con mucha mejor habitación que este hotel y encima con mejor precio, que lo único bueno a destacar como ya he dicho, es su ubicación céntrica. Nos esperábamos otra cosa.
