Degelijk appartement op een fijne locatie
Pros:

Toplocatie, vanaf het hotel direct de bergen in wandelen. De appartementen waren ruim.

Cons:

Hotel was in minder goede staat dan vooraf gedacht, met name zichtbaar in het restaurant, wat zelfs viezig was bij het ontbijt. Ontbijt viel wat tegen. Kamers waren erg warm, lastig af te koelen en er je kunt er minder vrij zelf koken dan vermeld stond.
Er stond op de website dat we een massage konden boeken maar dit was niet beschikbaar vanwege het seizoen (mei).

Breakfast turned this into a terrible stay

Cons:

I was excited to explore the UNESCO Romanesque churches nearby, but unfortunately this hotel was a disappointment.

Positive points: check-in was quick and easy, and dinner was acceptable.

Negative points: breakfast was very poor. Many items were empty, tables were dirty, and the breakfast room looked messy and unorganized. There was even dust blowing from the air conditioning above the coffee machine. Staff behavior also felt unprofessional.

The hallways smelled strongly of the spa/pool area. The room was far too hot and the air conditioning was not working. We could only make the room comfortable by opening the window.

The wine served at dinner felt like cheap supermarket wine, which was disappointing considering the quality wines Spain is known for.

Overall, not a place I would return to.

Personnel très sympathique et attentionné.
Appartement tres propre, confortable et grand pour 4 personnes. Petit déjeuner copieux et repas avec plusieurs plats au choix
Jolie emplacement avec belle vue sur les montagnes.

Cons:

Globalement très bon séjour.
La cuisine du restaurant manque éventuellement d'un peu de variétés mais est très correcte.
Piscine et spa intérieur non inclus et avec supplément
Lits individuels un peu petit pour des grands gabarits

Apartahotel muy agradable
Pros:

Hotel / apartahotel con Spa + parking incluido. Instalaciones en muy buen estado y limpieza perfecta. Desayuno buffet correcto.
El personal muy agradable y simpático.

Cons:

Al ser un apartahotel, se supone que puedes cocinar en tu habitación. Aunque tiene menaje de cocina correcto, faltaría que hubiera un poco de papel de cocina, algo de sal y aceite.

Location and staff were great.

Cons:

Room was not worth the price and was like stepping into 1980. Loose fastenings, rusty stuff in bathroom, dirty ceiling and walls in bathroom. Extra squeaky staff room door and toilet or something next to room 001 that was loudly heard in the room. Ancient fridge that's tilted and looks like 30y old. Seems that small stuff is left unattended and not fixed.
