Einzelzimmer zu klein
Kann man hören unsere Nachbar wie ist am schnarchen katastrophal kann man nicht schlafen ganze Nacht Zimmer zu klein für eine Person sonst war okay

At check in, front desk personnel didn’t have breakfast as included with the rate. Pet friendly hotel but nothing given for pet. AC only in the main areas, rooms were warm and there were no fans in the rooms, but, upon request, they brought fans to the rooms. You can open windows, but there is no screens so flies and mosquitos get inside. Breakfast ok. Area has limited availability for dining but it is conveniently located near Sztolnia.

This is part of a two-hotel complex, the Park Hotel is the four-star part. However the rooms also here are rather large, many with separate living rooms. The breakfast has lots of absolutely delicious Polish specialties. Their restaurant which is also shared by the two hotels is also open for lunch and dinner and regularly hosts big events so the hotel might get a bit noisy at times. The Park hotel houses the joint gym which could be a bit pimped up with a few more pieces of equipment. Otherwise this is a good option for large meetings, small conferences and their staff also seems ready for it.

Excellent breakfast

Great place to stay if in need of a hotel close to the mining experience. We were upgraded from a 3star room to a 4star one which was a nice gesture. The room is spacious and comfy; staff are polite. The only minus is the fact that I asked for a twin room and was put in a double bed one where we had to separate the beds ourselves. Other than that it was a near perfect stay.

Would highly recommend.

Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Allgemein gute Ausstattung aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr gute Lage. Viele Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel. Zur sehr guten Preis.

Zimmerausstattung war der Klassifizierung entsprechend.
Das Zimmer war sauber, die Bettwäsche war beschädigt, die aufgezogen war. Unser Zimmer lag im 4 Stock, es gab kaum warmes Wasser.
Haben es 2 mal an der Reception gemeldet, am letzten Tag hatten wir lauwarmes Wasser.
In der Hotelbeschreibung wird mit Aufdeckservice und täglicher Zimmerteinigung geworben, fand leider nicht statt. Wir mußten ein Schild an die Tür hängen, wenn das Zimmer gereinigt werden sollte. Ist im Grund in Ordnung, dann sollte es auch so beworben werden.
Das Zimmer roch sehr unangenehm nach Desinfektion, den Geruch haben wir mit nach Hause genommen, denn die Sachen und den Koffer mussten wir zu Hause waschen um den Geruch los zu werden.
