Wonderful and lovely
Pros:

Absolutely lovely place to stay. The rooms are cozy, comfortable and clean. The breakfast is wonderful and the staff are very friendly. The location is great and parking was reasonable to find. Highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent stay!
Pros:

The hotel was excellent concernimg every domain: very clean rooms, very polite staff, ideal location, perfect breakfast. I would definitely choose it again!

Good, but with some unexpected problems.
Pros:

Premium room is large. Breakfast is good. People are polite.

Cons:

The safe in the room - not working. Bad smell in bathroom. Only soft pillows available. Noone at the front desk / bar at night although 24/7 promised.

Goed hotel voor een kort verblijf in Tartu.
Pros:

Het hotel is op een ouderwetse manier gezellig ingericht, het ontbijt is goed en de douches zijn prima. De ligging is zeer goed. De medewerkers zijn vriendelijk.

Cons:

We hadden de kamers in een achterbouw, op zich mooie kamers, maar de foto's van de kamers in het hoofdgebouw toonden daar veel ruimere en lichtere kamers. Ook rook je in een van de kamers de geuren uit de keuken tijdens maaltijden.
