A lovely experience.
Pros:

Interesting building. Good location. Clean and comfortable. Very good food and attentive staff.

Cons:

Quite tricky to navigate round the building - got lost a few times trying to get back to the room, lots of identical staircases and corridors.

Great location
Pros:

Close to town and Uni. Huge comfortable bed. Staff are amazing, very attentive. Great breakfast catering for all needs.

Cons:

Strange layout. I think it's more of a work stay hotel rather than a weekend stay. Huge reception area with coffee bar attached, only open Mon to Fri. Unfortunately the restaurant was completely empty in the evening, so we didn't try it, and went out to eat. The only reason for this was for atmosphere, nothing to do with the venue. No usb port, take a plug to recharge your phone.

Why spoil a great place with rubbish internet?
Pros:

Lots- converted student accommodation but not some 60s thin walled building and done really well. Breakfast not hugely innovative but good ingredients. Staff nice and coped easily with my late late arrival time.

Cons:

Didn't manage to connect to internet- didn't look like the dialogue they show and wouldn't move on to next page. Very poor given the price and that it's a *business centre*!

Pros:

Location and free parking is excellent. Email before arrival had plenty of info in it, so we knew what you expect.
Breakfast was very good with enough choice including veg and gluten free options.
Nice variety of teas/coffees for having in your room.

Cons:

Don't expect posh. This is clean and comfortable.
It's a bit of a maze. Perhaps a staff member to guide you to a further distanced room from reception would be an idea. Mattress was too soft for me, but that's personal taste only and not a criticism.

I have had nice stay here before in a quiet room overlooking Menai but this stay has put me off staying again. Shame as
Pros:

It was good location. The breakfast is great and staff at breakfast were super helpful

Cons:

I was placed in a room that had the lift at the side. It is 3am and people are still using it. I have stayed here for 3 nights and not slept for longer than an hr at a time. Room 231. My room also has bins behind it and first night was woken at 10pm with a member of staff throwing loads of glass in metal bins.

The duvet and pillows feel very old and the room was dusty, had someone else’s rubbish in the bin and ring marks from coffee cup in the bin. I went to reception to report and they didn’t offer to change my room, just gave me wipes.

Great big en-suite

Confusing lay out - you have to walk through the dining area to get to the rooms and signage not great.
