A very comfortable stay with helpful staff and great food
Pros:

Dinner was excellent, and the staff very attentive. I was nursing a broken foot, and the staff helped me work around that. Check in and check out was easy. I liked the large desk in the room for working space.

Cons:

It was all really good, so nothing to challenge here.

Cons:

Rooms very tight. Single beds also very rare these days.
Confusing lay out of rooms..had difficulty finding my room...old building as adapted etc

Good value if you have to be in the area.,
Pros:

Dinner was very good and breakfast was good. The room was spacious and clean.

Cons:

So many building lights on through the night it was like a permanent dawn shining around the curtains. Bangor itself wasn’t very inspiring on a walk around.

An enjoyable stay in the best value accommodation in Bangor.
Pros:

Spacious public areas, good sized room, good restaurant, good location, good view from bedroom window, helpful staff, good value for money.

Cons:

Lift doesn’t go up to third floor, where my room was. It’s a bit of a rabbit warren and the signage could be clearer. The name of the property is off putting.

Great place to stay will stay here again
Pros:

Great location with friendly welcoming staff and comfy, quiet clean rooms. Great place to stay :)

Cons:

I do think the WiFi connection is temperamental and patchy but I have never done a paid upgrade. The breakfast is good but I always need it at an earlier time.
