The staff were brilliant. It was initially difficult to get our heads around the layout but that made it even more interesting. We had an Executive Double - it was spacious, clean and had a view of the river. Re the staff: congratulations on hiring Matt, Caleb, Inna and Will. They made sure we had everything we needed. They did it with a smile and a friendly chat - all the while being efficient. An excellent advertisement for their generation!
We ate in the restaurant both nights. The food was excellent, the chef prepared the dishes to our requests. The bar was well positioned and a nice place for a pre dinner drink.
All was good.
It was clean and spacious, beautiful surroundings, delicious breakfast, rooms immaculate and staff were friendly. We were visiting the University so the location was perfect.
A little fridge in the room would have been helpful for the few bits we bought at the store like milk for coffee and some cream cakes.

How difficult it was to find the campus is massive. It’s not clear where it is
The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was excellent although it was a little difficult to find. We ate breakfast and dinner in the restaurant and the food was very enjoyable. Would stay here again
Chairs in room were very very uncomfortable and were designed for being at a desk and not for relaxation.
Free parking. The restaurant on site did surprisingly good food. Great location - could walk down to the coast and to the train station easily. Good for accessing Snowdonia.
It was a bit like a rabbits warren. Every corner had a sign to reception or the restaurant with a different way to get there. Was very funny once we found our way!
Large room and comfortable bed. Very clean. Breakfast was excellent.
Faulty shower door. Room very warm but unable to open windows for fresh air.

Location was very nice (picturesque overlooking Anglesey) but hard to walk to town if elderly but fine for young people!
