Road trip to Bangor

All the staff from the checking in to leaving where friendly and helpful.
Nothing was to much trouble.
The girls on reception helped with all our enquiries...recommended places to eat. Stopped us getting lost in the area, by supplying us with a map of the local area.

The cleanliness of the whole complex.
Our room was spotless.
Bedding crisp clean white sheets.

We had breakfast, plenty of choice even for my husband, who is a very fussy eater.
The lady who ran the restaurant at breakfast, was amazing and so welcoming.
She even approached us and asked if we'd like fried or poached eggs.

24 hour reception is very reassuring

Comfortable, exceptinally clean, well heated. Excellent breakfast. Perfect location with great views. Helpful staff.
