A Comfortable Overnighter
Pros:

The Management Centre is unusual in that it is based within the grounds of Bangor University, and the hotel room itself seemed to be in the University dormitories. The room, however, was very comfortable, and the breakfast was exceptional in its freshness and quality. The Management Centre is not too far from the town centre, a 5 minute drive or a 13 minute cross-campus walk. Roads are very narrow and parking a premium, so the free parking included with the room is a great bonus.

Cons:

Our GPS seemed a little confused finding the main entrance.

Lovely rooms, stunning views and a yummy dinner!
Pros:

Great sized rooms. Comfortable and clean. The restaurant served a lovely dinner. The views were beautiful. Thank you to the reception staff for sorting our restaurant booking and for allowing us to stay parked in their car park whilst we were visiting the Uni open day. Really friendly atmosphere overall.

Cons:

Just a small thing but really wasn’t keen on the sausages at breakfast as they were gristly and very pink inside which was off-putting. The rest was lovely though. The hotel has a strange layout which may be a bit difficult to navigate if guests have any disabilities.

Open day with my Son for the Uni, Ideal location, Lovely Breakfast and Meal - Staff professional
Pros:

Food was nice, but the restaurant was rather hot , and staff very attentive but over worked.
It was a comfortable stay and just needs some tweeks to bring up to date.

Cons:

Only one plug one side of the bed, no usb plugs, no air con but understand old building. Safe in the room would be beneficial . Bathroom needs some attention on the decor, but clean . Rather Hot and no fans or Air con so window open through the night.

Lovely hotel run by Bangor University
Pros:

It is run by the University and I think the staff are mostly students, who are friendly and anxious to to a good job. It is a short walk away from the Menai Strait through open country.

Pros:

Location and closeness to areas of natural beauty.

Cons:

We parked in car park by the back entrance and collected our keys from which we thought was the reception area but later found out this was not so. Perhaps for other guest stayed when keys are collected from this location advice should be given as to the location of the reception area and coffee lounge.
