Pros:

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Location is great too. The Room was nice and spacious for the 3x of us. My 11 year old loved every minute of it.

Lots of things to improve
Pros:

The rooms are spacious and well cleaned.
Nice breakfast and lots of variety.
Very central location for sightseeing the town main attractions.

Cons:

The receptionist that greeted us was very rude. Generally the stuff at the reception and in the restaurant don't know how to behave. They are very cold and wooden, don't greet guests, don't smile and are not polite.

The room is quite dark at night, not enough light in the room.

The window can not be opened, only a little bit diagonally.

Decent hotel downtown
Pros:

It’s very central. The staff is service minded.

Cons:

The bathroom is a bit shabby. The toilet was stained the shower hose was not really clean. Otherwise, everything was fine but I wouldn’t give it a four star.

Stanza accogliente, pulita.

Cons:

Stanze troppo calde la notte, 28 gradi senza avere la possibilità di regolare il termostato, costretti a dormire con la finestra aperta. Colazione ottima la parte salata deludente la parte del dolce
