Cons:

Accoglienza. una unica persona alla reception. Spa senza nessuno. Siamo entrati nella spa dopo averla prenotata, non c’era nessuno. Dopo qualche minuto è arrivata la persona addetta alla reception chiedendo come mai fossimo già lì. Ho risposto che avevamo prenotato e che non c’era nessuno presente nella spa. Ci ha risposto che avremmo dovuto attendere lei davanti all’ascensore al piano terra, in accappatoio e ciabatte, senza che peraltro nessuno ce l’avesse detto. Assurdo

Confort nel cuore di un bellissimo borgo
Pros:

Posizione centrale nel centro del borgo di Montefalco, comoda da raggiungere e in prossimità dei parcheggi, camera spaziosa, pulita e letto molto confortevole. Staff gentile, SPA curata e pulita.

Cons:

Colazione - per quanto rifornita da prodotti del territorio - un pochino misera per il tipo di hotel.

Struttura storica molto bella nel cuore di Montefalco, nella piazza principale. Camere grandi e spaziose, pulite. Abbiamo usufruito della spa, unico neo l’acqua della piscina era un po’ fredda. Colazione abbondante

Cons:

Avrebbero potuto mettere due bottiglie d’acqua cortesia, invece di rendere tutto a pagamento.
