Posizione strategica nella piazza principale di Montefalco con bellissima vista sulle vallate sottostanti, stanze molto confortevoli e silenziose, personale gentile, colazione soddisfacente ma mi sarei aspettato qualche prodotto locale (es.una marmellata fatta in casa).
Per il resto tutto ha funzionato bene.

Cons:

Aggiungerei alla colazione prodotti della campagna circostante (marmellate fatte in casa, yogurt locale, etc)

la struttura è collocata nella piazza centrale del paese, nonostante questo lo staff mette a dsisposizione il permesso per poter accedere con l'auto per scaricare e caricare i bagagli. struttura molto bella ed accogliente, stanza spaziosa, letti comodi servizi all'altezza e colazione molto ben fornita

Boutique hotel. Top nella pulizia

Cons:

Accoglienza. una unica persona alla reception. Spa senza nessuno. Siamo entrati nella spa dopo averla prenotata, non c’era nessuno. Dopo qualche minuto è arrivata la persona addetta alla reception chiedendo come mai fossimo già lì. Ho risposto che avevamo prenotato e che non c’era nessuno presente nella spa. Ci ha risposto che avremmo dovuto attendere lei davanti all’ascensore al piano terra, in accappatoio e ciabatte, senza che peraltro nessuno ce l’avesse detto. Assurdo
