Pros:

Location. When I saw the owner he was friendly.

Cons:

The breakfast layout. Cereal but no bowls, milk or cutlery. Microwave porridge meals, but no microwave. Coffee maker but no cups.

No lamps or light switch beside the bed. The shower head wasn't even attached to the wall in the cubicle.

Convenient, friendly, comfortable stay
Pros:

Really good central location and near the station. Friendly helpful staff. Very clean. Happy to visit again. Good value

It was ok
Cons:

No one at reception, I had to phone number on a sign, to check in. When I checked out there was Noone again it said back at 3pm . I had wanted to check on something.

Pros:

I was dissapointed no one to greet you Restuarant closed no bar service didn’t even stay for breakfast dirty and nothing laid out wasn’t offered cooked option

Underwhelming.
Pros:

Clean albeit spartan room. Closeness to city centre.

Cons:

Thin walls. Reception was never manned whilst we were there. Nowhere to leave bags on check out day. Ultra-narrow corridors. Hard bed.

DONT STAY HERE!!
Pros:

Nothing I like about this place

Cons:

I didn’t like the staff very unfriendly charge me 10 pounds for loosing a PLASTIC KEY CARD! Making own rules up. Rooms dirty shower door stiff okay if ur the world’s strongest man to open it. Missable staff. Spend extra to stay in a nicer hotel for sure! Don’t stay here!!

Stay was fine, interruptions would happen elsewhere as well.
Pros:

The room was clean, and the bed was comfy. We did not have breakfast (we did not plan to have breakfast). The staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The walls seem to be paper-thin. This wouldn't have been a problem, but we were staying from Saturday to Sunday so there were a few sleep interruptions by other guests... Not the hotel's fault at all, though!

Good location, reasonably sized and clean room.
Pros:

The location is great, easy walking distance to the city and all it has to offer. They were helpful with extra accommodation requests.

Cons:

The "continental" breakfast was underwhelming, no cooked breakfast as advertised and the staff present whom I asked, was a little abrupt and unfriendly when asked what the breakfast situation was.
Also it seemed the hot water timed out after 2 mins each time I showered, were they cutting costs??
Room size more suited for shorter folks.

Pros:

Opposite the venue we attend

Cons:

Wasn't allocated a ground floor room again, so had to struggle up the stairs to the first floor with our case as there was no one to help when we checked in.
