Stayed with friends. All happy. Clean, comfortable rooms. Good shower. Good cafe over the road for breakfast & great coffee. Bus stop nearby & short walk to town.

Shower room built for smaller people in the roof, poor lighting so glass shelf above toilet not visible till a 5'10" person has nearly hit it.

Staff hanging around as if they needed to be seen.
The staff, the bed was comfy, the shower was good, it was clean the city centre only 10 minutes walk away.
I've had better breakfasts, but it wasn't expensive.
The location was perfect to access the Riverside area. It is located on a quiet side street so there was no noise or disturbance.. There were plenty of hot and cold drinks and some chocolate which was a nice touch. Just be aware that you will either park on the street which they will help you with or in the riverside multi story which is where I left my car. It was £14 for 24 hours.
