Very average Hotel
Pros:

Opposite the venue we attend

Cons:

Wasn't allocated a ground floor room again, so had to struggle up the stairs to the first floor with our case as there was no one to help when we checked in.

Good location, reasonably sized and clean room.
Pros:

The location is great, easy walking distance to the city and all it has to offer. They were helpful with extra accommodation requests.

Cons:

The "continental" breakfast was underwhelming, no cooked breakfast as advertised and the staff present whom I asked, was a little abrupt and unfriendly when asked what the breakfast situation was.
Also it seemed the hot water timed out after 2 mins each time I showered, were they cutting costs??
Room size more suited for shorter folks.

I won't be returning.
Pros:

I didn't like anything about this place. In fact, all it has going for it is the proximity to the train station and it was clean.

Cons:

Where do I start. It is more like a motel from the movies. Which is fine, but it is not value for money. Better off staying at a Premier Inn.

Bed was uncomfortable, and sunken. The furniture in the room didn't match the photos. The mattress didn't have a protector. The pillow was terrible.

There were bright spotlights across the road beaming into the room.

The shower head wasn't mounted to the wall properly, not sure how they managed that!

I had a comfortable stay and it was good value for the price

Cheap but excellent stop for a night out in Norwich.
Pros:

Stayed here when attending a gig at the Waterfront. The location was perfect. Short walk from the station. Equally, a short walk from town. Checking in was very quick and easy. Yes, the room could do with a bit of TLC. However, in many ways it exceeded my expectations. Brunch bars and boxes of OJ were a nice treat. The bathroom was small, but the facilities were excellent.

Cons:

Best to bring some earplugs as noise did travel from the corridors and other rooms.

Pros:

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the shower wow could've stayed in there all night. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel, staff very helpful, great location, coffee, tea, juices and snacks in room. Breakfast is vegan but there is a cafe over the road that does an excellent full English. Enjoyed our stay😊 😄

Great location, spotlessly clean B&B
Pros:

The location was great, just up the road from the station with bus stops into town nearby (although not a long walk if the weather is nice). The staff were lovely and the room was spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed with extra pillow. Large shower with good water pressure. We were very happy!

Nothing, it was a bargain for the price
