Perfect location in the heart of downtown.
Pros:

Great location right downtown, perfect for business I was conducting at an office building nearby. My room was clean and nice and quiet, parking was easy and included. Breakfast was great. Front desk staff were friendly. It’s my second time staying at this property, It’s a bit of a hidden gem I think!

Cons:

No complaints at all.

Great value
Pros:

The lady at the front desk who checked me in was super nice. I’ve never had a hotel give my dog a little goody bag and it was just so sweet. Took the hospitality to the next level.

Pros:

The locale was ideal. Walking distance of so much worth exploring.

Cons:

Parking was a little tight here and there. But the car still fit, even squeezed.

Perfect place to stay in Charlottetown
Pros:

Conveniently located, clean and spacious room, good continental breakfast and kind staff. I had a wonderful stay here. Do not have one negative to say about it.

Location and price are good but this place is not for me.
Pros:

Pros: Good price, the room is clean, location is walking distance to downtown restaurants and sites, staff is friendly, free drink at happy hour Mon - Fri.

Cons: Room walls are very thin so you can hear everything in the hall and adjoining rooms. Despite the hotel not being busy we were woken up every night (3 nights) by guest making lots of noise until very late 4:45 one night, 3:30 the next night, etc. I suspect that the door to a balcony area was being used as a smoking area at all hours of the night. The breakfast bar is adequate but not well attended so it runs out of food items and coffee often.

Overall: If you want a budget hotel for a short stay and can deal with noise or ask staff if a quiet room is possible this may suit you. I won't stay here again.

An even nicer hotel room this time.
Pros:

I got an even better room this time! With a sofa and a table! It’s a bigger room.

Cons:

Maybe offer the complimentary drinks any time instead of just between 5-6 since there are no free bottled water in the room. Didn’t get the complimentary drink a couple of reservation back because it was maybe few mins after 6. Could’ve been nice after a 3-hr travel time to the hotel.

Pros:

Another great stay. Good location, clean rooms, useful amenities and nice to be able to grab breakfast. Some upgrades were underway during our stay - HVAC.
