Fantastic customer service
Pros:

We arrived to find out we booked the hotel for same dates next year, and they were sold out!
The staff was so friendly and understanding. Have us coffee, ordered a taxi to another hotel, and even received a package we had sent here the day before!
I will stay here next time I am in Charlottetown.

Stay here when in town.
Pros:

Lovely place close to everything. A decent hot breakfast is free. Clean comfy rooms and the beds are top notch. All the best restos and confederation centre are a short walk away. Free parking. Lovely staff.

Hidden Gem
Pros:

Location was one block from the main downtown Queen Street
Walkable to the harbour and restaurants and COWS ice cream
Hotel and room were very clean
Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful
Shoutout to Rafael for carrying all our luggage to our room and then still had a smile for us
The included breakfast served eggs, sausage, fresh fruit, pastries, breads etc

Beyond our expectations
Pros:

Our first time to PEI and our stay at your hotel was beyond my expectations. Staff was friendly, room was clean and updated and we were in the perfect location, within 5 min. walking distance to shops and Victoria Row. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Excellent stay, excellent Staff.
Pros:

This is a great hotel. Clean modern and very quiet rooms. It’s pretty much in the centre of Charlotteville, PEI but it’s off the main street, so you’re not disturbed by passing traffic or pedestrians. Plenty of parking available. Breakfast is a typical buffet style, but there’s plenty of it and everything is fresh and hot. They even boil their own eggs, not bought in.

The staff are all very friendly and professional, and on Saturday 13th June, front desk staff were Sits and Vivian, who were both incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make my life easier. Exceptional customer service.

Worth every penny
Pros:

Powell is pronounced "pawn-ell".

Quiet, had large corner suite with air-jet tub (full 5 foot), well lit bathroom. Very comfy bed and pillows.

Paid a bit more that other hotels, but worth it.

True leather sofa was surprisingly comfortable too. Lvp flooring wasn't just swept, but cleaned before our visit.

FREE breakfast offered hot and cold options. Location is within walking distance to downtown and waterfront. Free parking.

FREE alcoholic drink, 1/pp (guest) during happy hour from front desk. Effecient check in and out.

Close to Chambers, (right across the street) fine dining at reasonable on pocketbook in sophicated atmosphere.

No elevator, so be forewarned.

Excellent stay
Pros:

Excellent location! Breakfast was lovely and the hardworking lady with the black hair was lovely to speak to. I would stay here again. I had questions for the front desk but I noticed the 2 girls working the front desk this morning were too busy on their phones and chatting. My advice to people is to email or phone instead. I guess young people do not like to work nowadays.

Great downtown location, room was clean and quiet. I didnt try any of the amenities but they did have bikes for rent. Staff were super friendly and checked in to make sure I got to the room etc okay
