Amazing stay at this gem of a hotel with an interesting back story in the middle of the old city. Very convenient and the air raid shelter was very accessible and the coolest part of the place.

Really superb accomodation. The staff so friendly and discrete. Room was spacious and clean. Classy and classic, simple design. Will come back for sure. The spa was beautiful. I had my own time and privacy. Clean and impeccable service! Room service was also good.

Really good luxury hotel in a great location

I had the pleasure to stay at Leopolis on two occasions earlier this fall. Everything about my stay from the rooms/decor, breakfast, location, etc was fantastic but mot of all I must mention the absolutely WONDERFUL staff who were incredibly professional and kind. In particular I would like to highlight Dima, Marta, and Oles who all do an amazing job communicating with guests and making sure the hotel runs so smoothly. THANK you for such a wonderful experience, I hope to be back soon!

You can’t find a better location in all of Lviv. You walk out the door and you are in old town tons of great restaurants and lively bars and you can walk everywhere. The hotel is staffed with courteous and helpful employees. The food in the restaurant is first class, try the duck. It felt like home the whole time I was there

It was nice

Our family stayed in the hotel in Mach-April 2022. We appreciated the high-level service and hospitality very much. The staff made us feel ourselves at home to all possible extend. The room (we had a renovated one) was not big, but very clean and nice. The breakfasts were well diversified and tasty. Despite of the challenging times, our stay was one of the most comfortable ever. Leopolis really deserves all its stars.

Great place to stay near everything

Evelina, the member of the reception team, is wonderful, very smart, professional and efficient. She will go far. She helped with our late arrival and meal, sent all needed info in advance, was one step ahead- offered a hotel transportation (which I ended up using), weather forecast. Smart and pleasant person!

Stayed at the Hotel many times before, everything is great- clean room, good breakfast.

Had a very nice stay at Leopolis for two nights. Room was super clean, large bathroom with good water pressure. Great service at the bar and good breakfast. Rooms themselves - furniture, fixtures etc are a bit dated. Location is very nice but there some issues with taxies not being able to pull in front

Positive: The location is great, the staff was helpful, the food is good too ;-).

Negative: The room furnishings are old and hacked up. The toilet is way too close to the shower (opening the shower door scrapes the toilet) even though there is enough space in the bathroom if they'd positioned it well. Additionally the shower leaks.
