I wanted a bed for the night and that is what I got. It was fine.
Pros:

A pleasant welcome from the reception desk staff. I cannot comment on the meals as I did not eat at the hotel. The old part of the hotel was beautiful.

Cons:

Room was a little tired.

Personnel sympathique et agréable, chambre spacieuse et confortavle, bon rapport qualité prix.

Cons:

Problèmes avec la TV et le Wifi, chambre qui mériterait un rafraîchissement, emplacement quelconque.

Pros:

As I'm usually travelling some distance being able to check in late if the traffic is bad is essential. Comfortable and clean, everything worked as it should.

Awful !

Cons:

the room was not very clean .. there was blood and mold on the sheets and when our colleague notified reception , they offered her clean sheets and she had to change them herself ! I e-mailed them to share her experience at the hotel as she was travelling alone and asked her if they could change her room, and i was sent a standard reply . We followed up with another e-mail , asking to change her room and an offer of compensation , but have not received a reply yet!
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Bij een hittegolf die al dagen duurde, nauwelijks waterdruk in de douche. Was de enige minpunt.
Maar ook alleen bij een hittegolf. Verder gewoon tevreden.

Pros:

I arrived quite late but received a friendly welcome nonetheless. Good product for the price point. Importantly, the room was comfortable and clean.
Regular bus services to and from Stevenage railway station stop right outside.

Cons:

Breakfast. Obviously made to a price with cheap ingredients and the Coronet branded condiments are absolutely awful - gelatinous and chemical tasting.
