Lage, Austattung im allgemeinen, Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, Parkplatz am Haus ,sehr sauber ,sehr ruhig und tolle Aussicht.

Cons:

Ein sehr kleines Bad für ein Zimmer mit hohem Preis.

Pros:

Perfect location, extremely friendly staff, superb view on the Lion's head from the pool.

Cons:

Very little soundproofing so better be a sound sleeper (or early riser :)).
Breakfast is pretty good but nothing particularly impressive and gets quite repetitive after a few days due to limited choices.

Gute Lage - Schönes Haus - Toller Garten. Das Haus ist aber sehr hellhörig.

Cons:

Das Service Level passt leider nicht zu einer Unterkunft dieser Preislage in Südafrika. Muss wohl früher deutlich besser gewesen sein.

Pros:

The staff were so friendly, especially Welly who helped us out so much with phone issues. The breakfast was amazing too. The house, the gardens were beautiful. Loved our stay here.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles ist sehr liebevoll.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super schön, Blick vom Pool auf den Tafelberg. Auch der Garten mit wunderschönen Bäumen war traumhaft.
Die Möglichkeit sein Auto auf den abgeschlossenen Parkplatz vor dem Hotel zu parken.

Cons:

In der Dusche lief das Wasser nicht gut ab. Deswegen war nach dem Duschen das Bad naß.

Pros:

Nytt och fräscht! Fin inredning bra rum och härlig pool med vacker vy över Lions Head. Grönskande och fin trädgård. Nära att promenera till Kloof street.

Cons:

Lite sämre service vid poolen, dålig uppsikt/service vid poolen om man inte säger till. Finns ingen enklare lunch/mat som det står på deras hemsida. Kan inte köpa vin på glas, enbart flaska. Helt ok frukost.

Ein perfekter Wohlfühlort, jederzeit gerne wieder
Pros:

Pool war gut, genug Sonnenliegen, Personal sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und gut organisiert, Reinigung täglich, Frühstück Joghurt und Müesli zuerst, dann a la carte warme Küche bestellen, Betten bequem, alles liebevoll hergerichtet, wunderschöner Garten, Quartier und Parkplatz sehr sicher
Wir hatten Appartement 10, sehr grosszügige Zimmer, Küchenausstattung ok, eigene Waschmaschine
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!

Pros:

Man hat sich direkt zuhause gefühlt, alle sind sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sind wunderschön und am Pool kann man gut und gerne ein paar Stunden verbringen mit traumhaften Ausblick. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt & wir werden wieder kommen!

Beautiful hotel but the experience was lacking in service and vibe
Pros:

This is a lovely property. Fab location. Spotlessly clean. Lots of character. Pool area great. So is the breakfast area.

Cons:

The breakfast is way below standard. We waited over an hour on day one and there was hardly anyone else there. The hot food came cold. A cheese and onion omelette was delivered as a tomato and onion omelette- who has a tomato and onion omelette?! There’s a lack of choice on al acarte . Service was not good. Things did improve after day two of our seven day stay but not massively.
